Pull two giant slabs of earth bedrock out of the earth similar to when you use

The other way is to raise your hands. I mean start with them about waist height and thrust them into the air angled in the position you want to slabs to mimick.

Whereas Earth is Still and Peaceful
Lightning is Constantly Tittering about random and impulsive.

For this element you will need the utmost control.

Concentrate on the static energy around us. Gather it into your hand and shape it into a bolt.
