I am making this thread to correspond with the new rules of the CJ's, mind you most of my techniques do not have the links to their approvals due to how old they are. Also there will be several posts for each element, CFS, CE, and Summons, oh and CJ's given to me before all these new rules were placed.....thank you and have a not so pleasant day. Please Note: The reason I stated them being so fast is because in real life, Cheetah's are the fastest land animal on earth, easily reaching speeds of 112 - 120 km/h (70-75 mph) even at the start of a run they can go from 0 to over 100 km/h (62 mph), and since this is a Naruto based site I amped their speed to keep their speed inline with real life.

Description: The user will concentrate a large amount of lightning chakra around one of their fists, they will then proceed to shoot it forward in a punching motion releasing and sending that concentrated Lightning forward with it taking the shape of the users fist but around 4 times larger than the users fist.

Description: The user raises both of their hands above their head at their sides gathering a large amount of lightning chakra, between their open, facing palms. The lightning is rapidly shaped into the shape of a spear. The user will then proceed to throw it with incredible speed and power. While shooting across the sky the spear resembles a Ji, a traditional Chinese halberd. Upon impact the Ji, cause the persont to feel as if they had just been struck by a massive lightning bolt that engulfs their entire body, and mildly paralyzes them.
Note: The user cannot use this technique if they have already used an S-Rank Lightning technique the same turn.
Note: The user is incapable of using an S-Rank Lightning Technique until the following turn once this is used.
Note: This technique is as fast as the Chidori Eiso extending
Note: If contact is made the opponent is only able to perform 2 techniques their following turn from the paralysis

Description: The user will gather a mass amount of chakra into their mouth, they will then "roar" releasing a large concentrated, destructive blast, which is capable of destroying everything in a wide area in front of the user. The blast expands like a cone from the users mouth, much like the bijuu blast, it also has 5 separate lightning bolts that spiral around the blast itself. If this technique successfully hits the users opponent they are paralyzed and incapable of moving the following turn.
Note: This technique can only be used twice.
Note: Once used the user is incapable of using A-Rank or higher Raiton techniques, or any technique S-Rank or higher, for the following 2 turns.
Note: This technique's width is as wide as the Wind and Fire Blast technique.
Note: The separate lightning blasts are roughly 6 inches away from the main blast itself, and if the opponent is hit by any of them, they are unable to perform the first move of their next post from being minorly electrocuted/paralyzed
Note: If hit by the main blast itself they are completely paralyzed their next turn.

Description: The user raises their hand into the sky and then punches forward and shoots a blast of lightning at the opponent. If missed the blast will bounce off any object and go back at the opponent. Must be trained by Zanji to use.

Description: A rasengan elementally recomposed into lightning chakra. It is recomposed in shape so that the lightning rasengan is sourrounded by powerful surging lightning chakra similar to chidori. This is attack is known to cut and grind as an added affect but when detonated it causes an explosion that obliterates a small area. This attack can be detonated any time the user wants to. The user can also weaken the attack for a smaller effect. At full power, this is attack is powerful to collapse a whole mountain. This attack can be thrown.
Note: Changing the element and or name of the attack without the users permission will count as copying the jutsu. User must know rasengan. Can only be used once per battle.

Kinjutsu: Raiton: Quezcotal Hekireki Boufuu (Forbidden: Lightning Release: Quezcotal Thunder Storm)

Description: The users body is engulfed in a Lightning Aura and they shot it up and the lightning takes form of the Aztec God Quezcotal. The formed lightning rears its head back gather lightning from the clouds and the user's raiton chakra and once it gathered enough lightning it shoots its head forward and shoots off a million little bolts of lightning then shoots its wings to the side and fires a gigantic bolt of Thunder crashing down on the enemy.
Note: Can only be used once per fight, and is not capable of performing any Forbidden, or S-Rank lightning jutsu for the following two turn.

Elemental Combination Suiton + Raiton

(SuiRaiton Hijutsu: Posaidon Seiryoku) Secret Water-Lightning Release: Poseidon Force

Description: The user stands out on a large body of water and holds his hands out to the side and sends a mass amount of chakra into the water threw his feet and cause 10 large pillars of spiraling water to erupt out of the water, and collide high above the users head and form into a gigantic sphere. The user will then proceed to jump high into the air and without grabbing the sphere, they will then channel a mass quantity of their raiton chakra into the sphere perfectly mixing both the suiton and raiton elements, and they will either proceed to slam or throw the sphere into the opponent. The sphere will explode either on contact or will carry the opponent away then proceed to explode.
Note: Can only be used once
Note: Can only be used by Zanji or taught by Zanji.
Note: Cannot use Water or Lightning techniques S-Rank or higher for the next 2 turns.
Note: Is unaffected by an opponents Explosion or Implosion Techniques that affect Lightning or Water Techniques. Due to the user mixing a mass quantity of his own chakra into the technique, and the mixture of elements.
Note: Can only use 2 techniques per turn for the next 2 turns.
Note: This technique is fully capable of completely draining a medium sized lake within the turn.
Note: The opponent would be unable to stop this with a regular earth technique due to the elemental combination used to make this.
Note: The regular size of this technique is roughly the size of the Wind and Fire Blast Technique, and it's explosive power is just as slightly larger than a Wind Release: Rasenshuriken. When it has drained a large lake (2 turns) it is 3x it's regular size, as well as its explosion. It's damage does NOT increase, only its blast radius, and size.

Description: A rasengan elementally recomposed into water chakra. It is recomposed in shape so that the water rasengan is in the users hand while an enormous amount of water surrounds it and half of the users arm. The water that surrounds it is spinning violently because of the water rasengan that is in the users palm. This attack can break nearly every barrier and the water that surrounds it is in the shape of a drill with a point at the end.
Note: Changing the element and or name of the attack without the users permission will count as copying the jutsu. User must know rasengan. Can only be used once per battle.

"Let My Fire BURN!"

KATON!

Katon: Funshutsu Tama (Fire Release: Eruption Ball)

Description: The user places their hands together in front of them and form a small fire ball between their palms. Then the user thrusts their one hand foreword launching the fire ball at the opponent. If it hits the intended target the fire ball massively erupts and explodes causing massive damage to the opponent. Even if missed the target the ball will still massively erupt and explode causing damage.
Note: The user can only perform this jutsu twice per fight. But once used the user is unable to perform any S-Rank fire jutsu the rest of the turn and the following turn.

(Katon: Rasenryuu)-Fire Release: Spiraling Dragon

Description: A rasengan elementally recomposed into fire chakra. It is recomposed in shape so that the fire rasengan sits in the open mouth of a fire dragon. The fire dragon engulfs the hand of the user without hurting him/her. When it makes contact the attack releases itself from the users hand completely and emerges into the form of an enormous fiery dragon that lunges forward, destroying anything in it?s path.
Note: Changing the element and or name of the attack without the users permission will count as copying the jutsu. User must know rasengan. Can only be used once per battle.

Kinjutsu Katon Hijutsu: Su-Pa-Shinsei (Forbidden: Secret Fire Release: Super Nova)

Chakra: 60
Damage: 120 (-60 to the user)
Description: The user charges both fists brightly with a huge fire and the put their hands together above their head and slams their fists onto the ground, making an indentation a mile wide in radius and the flames shoot out from the center and end at the end of the indentation and spin around making a ring of fire that burn to the clouds. The user then hits the ground again and everything inside the pillar bursts into flames making the giant pillar burns at 5,800 kelvins. Anything caught inside is burnt beyond comprehension and the user is blasted out of the pillar damaged.
Note: Once used the user may not use any S-Rank and above Fire Jutsu's nor can they use this technique again for the remainder of the fight

(KaDoton Hijutsu: Tera Seiryoku) Secret Fire-Earth Release: Terra Force

Description: The user slams both of their fists into the ground releasing a mass amount of chakra into the ground forcing 10 large pillars of Fire/Magma/Earth Energy to erupt out of the ground around the user and collide high above him forming a massive sphere above the user. He then jumps high into the air and without grabbing the sphere he will either slam the technique into the opponent or throw the sphere at his opponent. The Sphere will then explode upon impact of the opponent or will carry the opponent away from the user then proceed to explode.
Note: Can only be used once
Note: Can only be used by Zanji or taught by Zanji.
Note: Cannot use Fire or Earth techniques S-Rank or higher for the next 2 turns.

Description: The user will meld himself with any type of ice to either evade an incoming attack or to quickly move to a different location at a tremendous speed. The user is also capable of melding himself into Ice techniques for surprise attacks or to withstand damage from an opponents ice technique.
Note: Must have either physical contact with the ice or come within contact of ice in order to with it. As well as the Ice being connected to the to the Ice you melded/merged into

Description: The user will thrust their dominant hand at any water, shooting off an surge of their hyouton chakra at that water and very rapidly freezes it completely solid. This technique can be used on any source of water, let it be natural water or water that is created by their opponent but always following the weaknesses and strengths of Ice Release.

Note: Can only be used by Zanji.

Description: Must know water clone prior to learning this ability. The clone is stronger allowing it to last longer

(Hyouton: Aisu Taimu) Ice Release: Ice Time

Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A (Doesn't damage just freezes)
Description: The user must either grab their opponent by their arm, or leg or grab their entire body and releases a their ice chakra, and freezes whereever the user is grabing onto. If the opponent's entire body is frozen they are left in a state of suspended animation. Any Good hit on the frozen enemy will cause them to shatter into pieces thus killing them.
Note: Must have physical contact onto the opponent
Note: Cannot be used by any type of clone
Note: Can only be used 4 times
Note: Can only be used by Zanji

(Hyouton: Touketsu Kiba Eitai) Ice Release: Frozen Fang of Eternity
Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defense

Range: Short
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: The user will begin to close their hands as if they are holding a sword in their hands, and as they do so they focus their Hyouton chakra into their hands and quickly create two katanas. The katana's resemble ordinary ones, with a rectangular guard, with 4 prongs hanging off at the corners. The blade of the katana's radiate a freezing aura that's temperature is absolute zero. These swords can freeze any type of water, but must make contact with the water to freeze it.
Note: Can only be used/created once a fight.
Note: The aura of the blades only radiates a few inches off of them.
Note: The Swords themselves are very durable due to the aura of the swords rapidly freezing anything that comes in reach of them.
Note: In order for the swords to freeze water of Forbidden Rank, both swords must be used against that water. The aura will disperse from the swords until after the next turn if the swords freeze a Forbidden Ranked Water technique, and the swords can be broken due to the aura not being around them for that turn.
Note: Can only be taught by Zanji.

(Hyoton: Aisu Manmosu Hitonami) Ice Style: Ice Mammoth Stampede

Description: The user sends a force of chakra out forward with it taking the shape of a Mammoth charging at the opponent. While charging the mammoth quickly takes on an icy appearance so when it crashes into the opponent, they feel as if they have been hit by a frozen freight train.

Description: This is an advanced version of the users Ice Time technique. The user will swing their arm at the opponent creating a wave of ice that will damage and freeze anything on contact. If the opponent is caught in the wave they are either completely frozen or only half of their body is.
Note: This techniques wave extends at least 20 feet away from the user
Note: This technique cannot be used by a clone of any kind
Note: Can only be used Twice

Hyoton: Yuki Chidori (Ice Release: Snow 1,000 Birds)

Description: This is a pure white version of the chidori but has snow swirling around it. This jutsu can cut the target with chidori and If missed freeze them with the circling cold current around it. Since The cold air makes it easier to use the chidori.

The shoulders are also partially covered in Ice and sprouting from their back are wings. The user stays in this mode as long as there is water near by or in the atmosphere.
Note: Must be a Hyouton Master to use, and Must be trained by Zanji to use. If the user is either knocked out of this mode by depletion of the water in the area or atmosphere they are unable to use any jutsu for the following turn.
Side Effect: Can only be used 2 times per fight and can not be used the following turn it is destroyed.

Description: The user increases the amount of nitrogen particles surrounding his right arm causing that area to get extremely cold and building of electricity much easier. The user forms a Yuki Chidori in their palm but the lightning build up is much larger more concentrated. Thus making it more powerful than even a regular Raikiri. When the user strikes and has contact on the opponent that limb is badly damaged or if there is contact with the upper torso region there is a strong possibility of heart failure. If missed the opponent is still caught in the Frozen Air Trail and is unable to move the following turn.
Note: If contact is made the users arm becomes unusable the rest of the fight. If the user missed then the user suffers 50 points of damage to self.

"Get Burned By My DRY ICE!"

SAKUZENHYOUTON!

(SakuzenHyouton: Ryuuenmu Tama no jutsu) Dry Ice Release: Fog Dragon Bullet Technique

Description: The user shoots their hand forward and an inch from the users palm erupts this mass quantity of Dry Ice fog, with shards of Dry Ice inside the fog. The Fog immediately takes the shape of a dragons head and blast towards the opponent. With the Fog rushing at the opponent it makes it hard for the opponent to see or breath while inside the fog due to there being no oxygen, along with getting pelted by Dry Ice shards.
Note: Can only be used 3 times
Note: The Fog is capable of suffocating the opponent if they stay within the fog for too long.
Note: Due to the fog/gas being released with force and is rushing the opponent, if they remain within the fog for 2 turns they will suffocate (if fired from mid-long range) and they will suffocate in 1 turn if fired from short-range.
Note: Due to there being Dry Ice Shards hidden amongst the fog/gas the opponent would be unable to see them, but will definitely feel them as they will rapidly freeze and burn any part of the user they hit.

As well as put a thin film over frost on every surface around the user.
Note: Can only be used 4 times.
Note: If the opponent is caught within the shockwave they will not be damaged, though the will get the film of frost and experience a very cold chill throughout their body.

(SakuzenHyouton: Suisei Higyou) Dry Ice Release: Comet Strike

Description: The user pulls their right hand back behind them and as they clench a fist with that hand, above them to the right a comet begins to form. The comet itself is approximately 2 meters (6.6 feet) in every direction. When the comet is fully formed the user will thrust their fist directly at the opponent, causing the Comet to fire directly at the opponent traveling at incredibly high speeds, roughly 2 meters (26.4 feet) per second. The comet trail is nothing but the fog that is released from the Dry Ice. If the comet has impact on the ground it will explode on impact creating a crater with shards of dry ice scattered throughout the crater continuously releasing the fog.
Note: The Fog will continue to release for 2 turns.
Note: This technique can only be used twice per battle. But must wait two turns between each Comet.
Note: If the Comet has contact with the opponent, they will have mass amounts of frost bite (freezer burn) due to the dry ice but as well as quite possibly broken bones.

(SakuzenHyouton: Ryuuseiu Kyuuzou) Dry Ice Release: Meteor Shower Explosion

Description: This is a highly advanced version of the Comet Strike technique. Once the user has fired the Comet Strike from long range, they will forcefully open their right hands fist causing the Comet to explode into 6 separate pieces each 1.8 feet in diameter. All of the pieces are roughly a foot from one another. When the Comet explodes it releases a shockwave approximately 8 meters (26.4 feet) in radius going in 360 degrees, extinguishing all flames within the shockwave as well as flash freezing all water up to S-Rank. The 6 separate chunks continue to blast towards the opponent at an even more accelerated rate than before, at roughly 6 meters (79.2 feet) per second. Once the chunks have contact with a surface they explode on impact, creating 6 small craters, the chunks will explode into millions of nano sized shards within each crater continuously releasing its fog.
Note: Can only be used once per fight.
Note: Once used the user is unable to use any Dry Ice technique for 4 turns.
Note: The fog continues to emit from the shards for 3 turns, if the opponent remains in the fog for an entire turn they will suffocate.
Note: If the opponent is hit by this technique they will suffer from frost bite (freezer burn), as well as several shattered bones.
Note: Each individual chunk has the power of a B-Rank, while two of them together have the power of A-Rank, and all of them together are S-Rank.
Note: This technique can only explode the Comet into 6 separate chunks

This jutsu is very fast but causes 10 damage to the user, and once used, the user cannot use any dark jutsu the next turn.

(Kuraiton: Kuroiana) Dark Release: Black Hole

Description: The ultimate Dark technique, the user focuses a huge amount of dark chakra and they use that chakra to create a powerful, infinitely dense orb of dark energy. The orb is about the size of a soccer ball and it begins to suck in almost everything on the battlefield. The orb even sucks in the very ground and causes it to tear apart, and everything that gets sucked into the hole is instantly crushed by the pressure and density of the hole. Once it ends, the black hole empties out everything that it had swallowed as a tiny compact sphere that is the size of a tennis ball. This jutsu, when used, causes 20 damage to the user and they cannot use any dark techniques for the next 3 turns.

He is the largest of all the elemental dragon's and the physically strongest. He has dark red scales covering most of his body except for his under side and jaw. Being the Fire Elemental Dragon, Igneel is immune to all flames, and capable of using every Fire technique that the summoner knows. Igneel is perfectly capable of speaking.

Poseidra along with the Lightning Dragon, are the same size. making them the second largest Elemental Dragons. Poseidra is incapable of flight due to having no wings, but is the fastest Dragon in and under water. Being the Water Elemental Dragon, Poseidra is immune to all Water Based attacks, and is able to use every water technique the summoner is able to use. Poseidra is perfectly capable of speaking.

Being the Wind Elemental Dragon, Grandeeney is immune to all Wind Based attacks, and is able to use every Wind technique the summoner is able to use. Grandeeney is perfectly capable of speaking, and very capable of flight.

Jhan Mohran is 13 meters tall to it's shoulders, and is roughly 40 meters from head to tail. Jhan Mohran is the third largest of the Elemental Dragons. Jhan Mohran outside of being the third largest of the Elemental Dragon's is by far the slowest of the dragons. Being the Earth Elemental Dragon, Jhan Mohran is immune to all Earth Based attacks, and is able to use every Earth technique the summoner is able to use. Jhan Mohran is perfectly capable of telepathically speaking with its summoner, but when speaking out loud, it speech pattern is broken up and hard to understand at times.

Description: The user bites their thumb and slams it onto the ground and summon's Astrum. Astrum while sitting upright is roughly 6 feet tall, but while standing he is about 5 foot 5 inches tall. Astrum is the fastest of all King Cheetah summoning's and all land animal based summons, he is capable of reaching his top speed very quickly when he starts running and is next to impossible to keep track of without a doujutsu, even then it is incredibly hard to follow his movements. He is capable of traveling a great distance without his summoner near him. Astrum is also capable of talking and also capable of using all lightning based techniques the user knows up to S-Rank.

Description: The user bites his thumb and slams his hand onto the ground and summon's Dodge, a King Cheetah. Dodge while sitting upright is roughly 5 feet tall and while standing on all four he is 4 foot 5 inches. Although he is not as fast as Astrum he is still remarkably fast, making it incredibly hard for anyone to follow, while doujutsu users have a hard time following him. He is capable of going a far distance without his summoner near him. Dodge is capable of talking, and is also capable of using any Wind techniques the user knows up to S-Rank.
