Without even the need for any handseals, a gargantuous amount of water emerge from the scroll I was holding. In only seconds, the whole field is covered with water and giant towers of water emerge from all around the field. The city of Atlantis is born once again. This being my first jutsu, and the fact that I didn't use any handseal, there's no way for you to avoid it's completion. The scroll itself fell into the abyss of the water the moment the city started taking shape.

Description: The user will unroll a special scroll and do one hand sign. Then, massive amount of water will start to emerge from the scroll and from the ground. This scroll is very similar to - Earth Style: Wheel Of Fortune- but the user use water instead. The water will cover the hole field and a city made entirely of water will emerge. The user and his enemy will be standing in the middle of it. Atlantis is born. This city being the mother of all water, only water based jutsu can be used while in it (also ninjutsu/taijutsu/genjutsu). This city will sink back to the abyss of the ocean after 3 turns. However, during that time this city will endure any physical damage as it will always rebuild itself with water emerging from the scroll (even if dried up it will constantly come back).
-Can only be used once per battle
-No A-rank and higher water jutsus in the previous turns
-Due to chakra exhaustion, the user can only use 2 jutsu the next turn
-This jutsu last only 3 turns
-the jutsu harms user's facial muscle causing him to look mad and make it difficult to talk
-Can only be used by Izuna Uchiha
Since I only had to focus my chakra for this jutsu, I am fully capable of countering any move you'd try to do on me (after my first move if you don't want to break the time frame rule). However, now, we're bound to use water for at least 3 turns (I want to make this clear, you can't use anything other then water. No even Gen/Nin/Tai (The taijutsu restriction refers to the gates)).
Without wasting time, and as soon as water was covering the field (1-2 secs after the jutsu was initiated), I immediatly focus my chakra on the water under you and use:

Description: The user will start focusing his chakra in the water transmitting it by his feet. Then, he will manipulate the water under his enemy. This very water will then start to stick to the enemy starting by his feet and will continue to envelop him until he his trapped in a water suit up to his neck. This will happen almost instantaneously. When the enemy is completely covered in water, he will be a reflection of the user copying every movement the user do (like shikamaru shadow possession jutsu).
-This jutsu can only be activated for one turn
-This jutsu require that the enemy is touching a water
-This jutsu can only be used by Izuna Uchiha
Because of my sword, my water is stronger and faster, making it nearly impossible to escape this one if you were standing on water (which covers the whole field). Without wasting any time and as soon as the water covers you, a condensed water spike impale you from the source you're standing on.

Since I needed you to have a contact with the water to perform my second water jutsu, it's useless for me to go on with it. Plus, you've just created a monstrous wave coming in my direction, so I need to re-think my strategy.
Immediately after the wave is created, I look at you as you're about to fall on top of your water jutsu and use:

Description: The user will make one hand seal and any mass of water chosen on the field will violently implode on itself. Even something as big as a lake worth of water can be turned to the size of a volleyball. With one other hand seal, the user can release all that pressure, causing the water to expand in all direction: the speed and strength of the expansion is proportional to the amount of water.

-No S-rank water the next turn
Immediately and without warning, all the water around you; your Leviathan, the skyscrapers around you and even the moisture in the air all implode on a single point, your heart. Because of your position on the field and the fact that there is water above you (towers), the water will converge from a 360 degree angle. Within a second, you're getting crushed by an enormous amount of water. The shear pressure of it is enough to kill you on the spot, but just to top it off, I release the water right after, creating a massive explosion in which you're the center.
Since I gathered so much water, the explosion should be devastating. The shockwave alone caused the surrounding towers (that weren't used in the jutsu) to break and fall down.
Nonetheless, the city inevitably rebuild itself from water emanating from the scroll which is now deep down in the abyss of the city.
Considering your position (falling down), the fact that you were about to use a jutsu of your own, and that all my water jutsus are on steroid, this attack is extremely hard to avoid. Even I need to take some protective measures to avoid being destroyed:

-This jutsu doesn’t require any water source
Since I was blasted away by the decompression of the implosion, I reform my body from the water around me, standing long range from where you were trapped in my jutsu. All along I had a clear sight of you and could easily tell what was happening (I only lost sight of you when I was hit by my own jutsu and re-materialized).
Note: I leave the Water Transformation jutsu active for the time being.
*as I see all the water crashing towards me I immediately stop what I was about to do and just as I am about to be crushed, I allow myself to be "crushed" as I am using Water Replacement and Hidden Amongst Water, to make it look like I was completely crushed by your Water Implosion technique*

*while being apart of the water and hidden amongst it I quickly create four water clones of myself, making one of them turn back to normal and floating face down in the water where my body would have been after the explosion, causing you to believe that is the real me because the last you saw I was caught in that explosion of yours, and I make the other 3 go into the closest surrounding towers bases not revealing themselves as I am at a base of a tower behind one of my clones not revealing myself as well*

As the city reforms itself, I can clearly see your clone's body on the water. However, I do not bite to this trap. It is most obvious that this is not you simply because my attack would have left your real body shattered, torn apart and bloody. None of those things can be withnessed with your clone, not even a drop of blood.
My reaction is immediate, I do not give you the time to do anything else and without any apparent gestion or motion, the whole city in front of me explode:

I've been careful this time, not letting you any chance of escaping, and half of the city just vanished (but is already rebuilding itself). The fact that I used the A-rank version this time only makes it less powerful, but the abilities granted by my sword still makes it deadly (+20 damage to all water jutsu).
Since you were waiting for me to do something to trap me, it would be ridiculous to think you'd be able to avoid the explosion; furthermore when you consider it happened with all the water around you. I stand tall after the blast, part of my body reforming after being hit by the shockwave of the blast (remember I didn't turn off my Water Transformation jutsu, so it wouldn't be considered using the jutsu twice). Whether you were in the water, on it or anywhere near it, I took no chance. If you were in front of me during this attack, you got hit by the explosion.
Note: I have strong reasons to believe you'd be in front of me, hidden, since I was blasted long range after my last attack which would give you very little time to escape my last attack, create a clone (as I know you did), then travel behind me. Also, I've reacted pretty quickly to this.
Note: At the end of my turn/begining of yours, the city should crumble and leave the field covered in water.
*I immediately realize that you didn't take the bait and know that your about to do something to the ea due to the fact that Atlantis is starting to crumble on itself I cancel out Hidden Amongst Water and while still underwater I quickly use Underwater Motion Technique too rapidly propel myself out of the area and towards your general direction, using it twice due to it only going to mid range*

Please Note: Due to you having to perform a hand seal and needing to release your chakra into the water (as said by Zenryoku), and due to you stating that you were at a long range from where I was trapped from your implosion (o_o damn is it just me or are you tryin to make me go boom xd)
*as I am performing the second Underwater Motion Technique I feel the explosion taking place and I launch myself out of the water still hit by the shockwave of the explosion and sent flying past you crashing into the water at a mid distance behind you with parts of my armor floating on the water behind you and I am on my left knee panting from that shock wave along with my head visor missing*
Note: I did say that I was still caught by the shock wave and was damaged enough so to blast one of my armor off me...except for the fur necking (since its part of his uniform under the armor) and the small metal plates on his upper arm.....lost my armor from crashing onto the water
Well, this match is over (as agreed through VM). It was awesome fighting you Zanji, and be sure to know that I went with everything I had on each turn, you're truly and incredible fighter ^_^. If I had to fight you using nothing but Ice, I'd be dead in a second. However, fortunately for me, we used Water.
*I then walk away with Ame-no-mi-Kumari in my hand, Atlantis falling appart behind me*
Here are the technicallities of my victory for anyone who was reading the fight:
1st: "know that your about to do something to the ea due to the fact that Atlantis is starting to crumble on itself". Atlantis will only start crumbling at the end of your move since it last 3 whole turns, so your reasoning here doesn't work.
2nd:"using it twice due to it only going to mid range". It doesn't make sense that you could use a jutsu twice before I could even use mine once when we basically started at the same time. Furthermore, just the time for you to reach mid-range from your initial position to then do your next move, I'd be done with the explosion.
3rd: "Please Note: Due to you having to perform a hand seal and needing to release your chakra into the water". Because of my sword's ability, I don't need to perform handseals for any water jutsu, so this happens instantly.
4th: "as I am performing the second Underwater Motion Technique I feel the explosion taking place and I launch myself out of the water still hit by the shockwave of the explosion ". If you felt the explosion, then you're dead since you were in the water. Every cubic inch of water in front of me exploded, meaning you couldn't have felt the water behind you explode because it all exploded at the same time. Because you were in the water, this pretty much seals the deal.
For all those reasons, I don't think you could've survived the blast. Even the timing is off Imo, but this is debatable and should be left to the mods if a review is needed.
