alright some Sword fighting stances r like dancing basically I dont know any dance names but I know some sword stances r based off of dancing

do u know any good dances love?

alright that is good and u have a katana and that would make this difficult if u started off using that right away in the training........use this *hands her a training sword (its made of wood and is dull)* that way u wont hurt urself nor anyone or our garden in this training
