So the concept is simple; run faster, jump higher, kick harder. Put on the weights, get used to them, and then take them off for that magic effect. Of course all of this has absolutely no basis in reality, but who wants realism on an anime forum?
I then attach the weight band consisting of several weights to each leg respectively before taking a lap around the field which had seem quite gruesome for the shinobi left drapped in sweat. In order to increase my trainings as well as my comfortablity with the weights I then do 1,000 jumping jacks, 300 laps, 700 high air kicks in all divided between each leg.
Still feels a little weird Sensei but I'll get use to it in time!!
