dis: The masters of water jutsu can learn this. The user can use chakra to condense a small part of the air. The user then can blend in their appearance with the water particles in the air to create an invisibility. The best jutsu for preparing an assassination.

and i attackk u wit Fuuinjutsu:Gogyou Fuuin)-Sealing Technique:5 Element Seal
dis: This jutsu distrupts the flow of chakra making the target only able to use 65% of there chakra
now u r unable to use most of your jutsu

i dont use this chakra >_< im a sorcerer so that second Move Doesnt Count However the first one does count so i'll use this:
