I think Darui easily....
He's probably no stranger to the hidden mist technique and that's just about all zabuza has... I mean seriously zabuza takes like 1 minute to comPlete the hand seals for a water dragon jutsu lol.... Darui has water jutsu as well plus he can use it in combination with his lightning techs to destroy zabuza.

Zabuza basically has water,giant sword,mist.
Darui has water,giant sword that competed with suigetsu who had zabuzas giant sword,lightning, he can also run it through his blade to cut through zabuzas sword,storm release,black lightning.
