zabuza vs asuma

if asuma was in kakashi's place in the beginning of the series and he's trying to protect the old man tazano against zabuza.

shikamaru & choji will fight haku but they are at same age as naruto and sasuke when they fought haku in part1

so who's gonna win and what will happen :izuna:

Asuma would win against Zabuza but Haku would defeat Shikamaru and Chojy,Ino would be more usefull than Sakura at that time and Asuma will maybe be able to defeat Haku

I don't think that asuma would be able to beat zabuza.

I doubt Asuma could win against Zabuza, not if he uses that mist technique, Asuma didn't show any wind jutsu (which might dissipate the fog) or any kind of sensing abilities.
And Haku against those genins... no chance at all, Naruto won because of the Kiuby's power, and Sasuke stood a chance because he had the sharingan.

but I think asuma can win against zabuza.
asuma could use haisekishou (

) and burn anything within the mist

that wouldn't kill zabuza but it would be enough for zabuza to cancel the mist

after that zabuza with his sword and asuma with his wind enhanced tools
and zabuza with his suiton vs. asuma with his katon, fuuton


in the end I think asuma wins with difficulty

Hmm, the genins lose but Asuma mins high difficulty if he can cancel out the mist which I think his wind style can do.

I considered zabuza vs. asuma with no interference
if we put haku in as well he loses

Everyone says the genin lose, I don't think so, the only reason they lose if is Ino has to protect Tazuna, but if Ino is in the Ice mirrors they stand a chance, also if choji expands in the Ice mirrors he can break/move them giving Shika a shadow to work off of, or atleast get out of along with ino, asuma either = or beats Zabuza, in the end I think team 10 wins barely
