Now to counter your dragon palace thing, I use

Earth Release: Earth Rampart
combined with
Suiton: Suijinheki, Water Wall

To take me above the fire while cooling it off as i pass through

to increase the flames
then i fire Katon:Gouryuuka No Jutsu-Fire Style:Great Dragon Fire into the sky
to create thunder clouds
