Well to tell you the truth Zabuza of The Hidden Mist is better than Uchiha Itachi of The Hidden Leaf in terms of vengance and swordsmanship while Itachi is better in terms of Justu, and Taijustu skill

I kinda respect this guy itachi without his sharigan of course zabuza would waste him since basically everything itachi is comes from his sharingan and we have never seen him do anything without it so can't defend him on that.... although, with his sharingan he'll destroy zabuza in record timing without breaking a sweat,without fail hell outclass, and out do zabuza in everyway, wouldn't even register game over man game over lol

sasunoo is made of fire and zabuza jutsu are water so he can destroy it by using his water dragon jutsu and beside sasunoo isn't that strong afterall ( read the last chapter and u 'll see madara sasunoo was destroyed easily by jutsu )

No actually your wrong itachi was never really killed by sasuke and itachi wasnt healthy either he was dying already and going blind from use his sharingan too mutch so if he was healthy and wasnt going blind he be more powerful then when he faught sasuke and he wasnt trying to kill sauske he let him win so sauske could get his mangekeyo sharingan and zubuza would get destroyed it he ever challenged itachi and you and i both know that lol
