Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.
One of the most used techs in our RP. You gather your Earth chakra and channel it to the ground, however, now, you alter the properties of the earth, loosening it and turning it into fine sand like structure. You can then dig through it like how a mole digs through the earth. The good part is, that once you're underground, you can sense what's happening on/above the ground. You can dig very deep through the ground, upto depths that one can't normally reach. Once you're inside the ground, the opponent can't discern your location, unless he has sensing. Also, the earth returns to it's original state, so one can't find if the user is underground or not, as there are no traces left. The drawback is that you can't use handseals, and can only use earth techs below C-rank. Trying to perform higher ranked jutsus, which require more chakra input basically cause this technique to get disrupted and the user gets crushed inside the ground.

Description: The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down the opponent so that only their head is above ground. Unable to move, the opponent can easily be decapitated or tortured.

Falls in method 4, but since it depends on the above jutsu, I'll teach you this now. Kakashi used it on Sasuke. A very basic technique. Once you're emerging from the underground, you can pull your opponent into the ground with brute force, that leaves his entire body stuck inside the ground, except his head. The opponent can't move, because the earth around him constricts his movements and crushes him. Pretty useless imo, since your opponent can release himself with a basic lightning technique.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
Ah, this is one of the most useful and most used techniques too. After weaving two handseals, and channeling your Earth chakra into the ground, you change a small-large(depending on the amount of chakra you input) amount of earth into a gigantic swamp, by altering it's properties. This swamp is adhesive and non-flammable, meaning fire techniques won't do anything to it. The swamp slowly leeches the opponent's strength, as he slowly starts sinking into it, his body unable to move. This is pretty useful against giant summons, or when facing a large no. of enemies, since you can decide the size of the swamp. If used right, this is a wonderful technique..you can use pressurizing techniques as combos to put the opponent in a tight spot. The creation of the swamp is near instant. As shown in the anime, the swamp gushes out of the ground in the form of a small wave. Since this requires an earth source, you can perform it on any earth source. I've seen people attacking opponents with the stone golem's hands and then turn the hand into sticky mud.
Now, I want you to tell me what you can use as a counter to this technique. It's a very important question.
(Doton: Dosenki) - Earth Release: Mudslide Technique

Description: After performing a sequence of three hand seals Dog → Ram → Boar the user then creates a small wall of earth to rise up from the ground infront of them and cause a mud slide to form from the wall and directs it towards the enemy target/s to try engulf them.

(Doton: Dochūbaku) - Earth Release: Landslide Technique

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra to create the earth infront of them to turn to a lose like quality by slamming his hands on the ground to create a landslide that is directed towards the enemy target in the form of a wave of earth.
Same as the above. You can manipulate any earth source and loosen it, after you slam your hands on the ground. This forms a massive landslide, which travels in the form of a giant wave of earth with quite some speed. However, since the earth is semi-solid here, the speed, although somewhat good, is not as fast as projectile techniques. It's particularly interesting to combo with it a fire technique to turn the semi-solid earth into a lava like formation. Classic counter to this technique. ^^
