Your top 5 fastest shinobi

I put him as my 5th, if i'm excluding gated gai and lee.....Sasuke was able to dodge killer bee's kcloak, and sasuke is 4.5 speed, itachi is 5 speed, and blitzed kunernai and kakashi with body flicker in part 1, they were unable to read his movements at all, it seemed like he wasn't moving, just appearing places.....and if itachi had that level of body flicker and wasn't feared for it like shishui , I believe shishui at least > itachi's speed.....

Dodging someone's punch doesn't make you faster but I dont wanna argue that lol, I just speant 10 pages proving that to someone else.
Yeh I also believe Shisui>Itachi in speed. If this was a top 10 list I MIGHT put him in there because of his nickname, but top 5 is where the speed freaks are . Anyway, its your list at the end of the day, I cant argue with it.

Dodging a punch simply means you have the necessary reflexes and speed to dodge the punch from that distance. It doesnt prove you are faster than them. Plus the fact that Bee was able to hit him with a lariat would make the theory 'dodging a punch means your faster' contradict.

that was a sharingan feat more than a speed feat though, sasuke's speed has been known to fail when he's up against superior speed opponents because his sharingan can't read the movements, like vs lee, vs tailed naruto and vs v2 raikage. the sharingan gives him a huge edge in dodging.

i agree with you about shisui though, he probably was one of the fastest around. only problem is we have no feats of his to judge him by, but i'd say he outstrips itachi in speed who was on another level from kakashi and co (at least in part 1), and kakashi has gotten praise for his speed by several akatsuki so...

Sharingan isn't speed.......that was a sasuke feat, his eyes doesn't grant him speed and reflexes

Fact is his body had the speed to dodge killer bees v2.....the reaction time doesn't matter. yes the sharingan helps his reaction ....but he needs the SPEED to dodge it.....if he doesn't even though he sees it coming , he can't dodge.....thats what lee said.....so that either means sasuke speed >= Bee's bijuu cloak.....

Time to react won't make you dodge it.....When sasuke was about to use amaterasu on raikage...with his v2 on, he had all the time in the world to react, but it was the speed that madehim get out of the way, his speed is superior to amaterasu's

maybe so, due to shunshin. but it doesn't change anything, dodging is still primarily a reaction feat. going back to the narutoworld, you can dodge a kunai, doesn't mean that you can outrun a thrown kunai, besides teleporting.
