This! I am not sure how Susake of Itachi got on this list. They are impressively fast for normal speed but nothing like the speed of light or sound like the ones on this list.

No you are wrong. Ay's lightning armor isnt an external powerup. Its a jutsuin which he uses his lightning style chakra to enhance his nervous system. It is just a jutsu. A power up is sage mode or jinchuriki powers. I never considered bee to be fast. The only time i ever saw him fast was when in his cloak mode mode. That is external power. The eight tails. Lee and guys eight gates is a forbidden jutsu in which they release their bodys chakra limiters. If a person gathers chakra at their feet to increase their speed is that a powerup. No. That is their chakra and power. I never considered kisame to be fast. Ive never seen any speed feats from him

It doesn't matter how they achieve their speed speed is speed get that through your head. Naruto is the fastest currently now stop crying.
Edit: Your terminology is extremely unneccessary using the word 'external' the speed of Naruto and the others is within their grasp and they are the ones that are accessing that by any means.

So would you still consider naruto the fastest if he had the 9 tails removed from him? Answer that. Plus naruto is not faster than ay, he dodged ays punch but isnt faster. Sasuke dodged bees cloak punch but that didnt make sasuke better than cloak bee did it?

For what it's worth, the Kyuubi is INSIDE Naruto. So not exactly an "external" power source. It's hard to know where to draw the line. Naruto might be slow without the Kyuubi, but Itachi might suck at genjutsu without the Sharingan. And no, he wasn't born with the Sharingan, he activated it through training (much like Naruto did). Gaara's sand incarnate protection is still there even though the Shukaku is gone. I get what you're trying to say, but I don't see where you draw the line.

Naruto worked his tail off to get that power from the Kyuubi; I consider it his.

Dodging someone doesnt make you faster than them. I'll give you an illustration. Someone could dodge a bullet if he knows the exact moment when his opponent will pull the trigger. He can start dodging just as he's about to pull the trigger. Does that make him faster than a bullet? No. Sasuke's sharingan allows him to predict and anticipate movement.

Anyway,Hiruzen got 5 in genjutsu most likely because he survived Hashirama's genjutsu,the databook stats aren't considering about just how powerful your genjutsu is,it also looking at how smart enough for you to anticipate/avoid/break it.

Databook statement shouldn't be argued,because they were all written by Kishimoto.Which negates all arguments.

And Killer Bee never used his tailed beast modes against Itachi in that fight so none of this matters. I wasn't talking about Bee's base speed to begin with. I was talking about his speed boost when he has his tailed beast cloak activated and when Bee is in his tailed beast cloak Itachi's not faster than him. Also databooks don't take any kind of modes into account.
