I was under the impression that my list was my opinion, no? And that's not to say that I don't have facts that I believe back up my placements, but I suppose that goes without saying.
Anyway, Hiruzen wasn't given the same title as the Sage of the Six Paths for nothing, nor is he the only ninja to have a 5/5 rating in Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and Taijutsu for nothing. Due to his age, we simply don't know the full scope of his prowess, simply that it was at the point where Kishimoto stated that he was THE most powerful Hokage in all 3 databooks, as well as Iruka and Kabuto asserting this statement as well.

No. Not a single person in the series, nor Kishimoto, has said Hashirama is the strongest Hokage. Not once. Kishi HAS said repeatedly that Hiruzen is indeed the strongest of all Hokage.
