@tahylor uchiha... not every uchiha was able to attain sharingan even if it is in there bloodline..

its possible that mokuton is alot harder to achieve than the sharingan .. also bare in mind only the bare minimum of uchiha have MS like there is requirements for sharingan and MS there are probally requirements for mokuton which are more steap than the sharingan

Only certain KKG are bloodline traits, like the Sharingan or Shikotsumyaku but most are just from people being born with two chakra nature affinites instead of one - this is just chance rather than genetical...
