@bold - seriously, dude? Do you actually know any black people? Are you trying to imply that there aren't many black "nerds"? You need to get out more and actually talk to some black people you might be surprised. Don't let stereotypes think for you.
No, that was just a downright pathetic attempt at dry humour, don't make too much of it (and don't take me seriously all the time, especially in these type of threads). But you know, I live in an area of England with one of the highest concentrations of "diversity" (Blacks made up 20-40% of the high-school I attended) and seriously never once in my life have I met a Black dude who happened to be a Math-nerd. In high-school there were Pakistani, Indian and even Nepalese (who were a far smaller minority) dudes who Id consider plain "nerd" but not a single Black guy (they were certainly overrepresented in what they called the "cool guys" though).
As difficult to believe as this might sound, at my uni, there literally isn't a single Black person in the Physics department that I know of (student or otherwise). There is this foreign African student (girl) in the Math department whom I personally am not acquainted with but thats it. Loads and loads of East Asians in both departments though. Amusing or not, those "stereotypes" seem to be population-statistical reality here.
That said Im sure those Black dudes exist, Id really like to befriend one (so that I too can have my token Black friend when racial issues come up

) but Ive never met one in the real world.
