I never run with one team, but my current team is this:

I've then got a box with pokemon is use regularly, most are around level 50 for battle frontier/subway:

Espeon - Lvl 53
Raichu - Lvl 64 (Volt Tackle) =]

And that's it, Mewtwo is the only legendary i use, because i don't really like using legendaries, but he's cool, Espeon is his substitute for the subway =D

I don't use legendaries since they don't really help a lot when it comes to battle subway and such.
I am trying to get the EV/IVs right for my team, and I'm still considering what Black/White Pokemon I should add to my team.
Perhaps Haxorus and Chandelure since their base attack/special attack are pretty high. But for the regular Pokemon in Black/White, I don't really like any of them.

Hax is a nice DD sweeper, a bit more base physical than Gyarados, but his single type makes him a bit less diverse for STAB moves, Chandelure only ever really gets used in wifi, for subway Volcarona or Hydreigon are much better choices for special sweepers =D
