There are no words to truly describe how disgraceful it was.Yeah that movie really sucked goku didnt even go super sayian
And the movie was before Z so not possible for any transformation apart from oozuroo and there was no way they was gonna pull that off.

Background:When he was really young the small village he lived in burned down. his family was part of the inuzuka clan. instead of one ninken a set of twin pups grew to like him. He grew up in the wild with his pups eventually becoming one with them more fully than any ninja before. he had to defend himself from ninja that met up with him in the wild, trying to protect his pups he honed his skills and is now very formidable.
Goal: He wants to be part of Mar's "family" so he will do anything to help him create his nation. loyal like his wolves.

First of all,
- genius as hell (having a combined IQ of different geniuses like Lawliet)
- a mix of cool and weird at times.
- hot, sexy to get an important fanbase (if I'm creating it xd)
- a Naruto's version to never give up...
- One with a good heart but who rarely shows his tender side.
- Strive towards victory always and not fight for fun
- Not a whiner (like Sasuke)
- A womanizer but the type that makes girls run towards him not the one who'll chase them.
- Not overpowered but with 2 or 3 cool powers only (like FTG, the elemental ninjutsus and perhaps swordmanship or a new KG)
- Oh yeah, an evil looking summoning like a Scorpion
- About the looks, quite long black hair with pale blue shades, pale blue eyes, some simple and cool tattoo on a part of his back, long in height (but not overflexed muscles like Vegeta) maybe like Kakashi, mostly urban clothing and perhaps a chain or other cool accessories.
