OFC you don't like Smoker, you're the biggest Zoro wanker here. Smoker can high-diff. Zoro. You really think Oda is going to have Luffy's "rival" be inferior to his first mate? I'd imagine that Prime Garp was stronger than Prime Rayleigh, so I would say that Prime Smoker will be stronger than Prime Zoro.

He doesn't ignore the rest of the Worst. It's just that Luffy is his number 1 priority. So he will continue to chase him, wherever he goes, but will face off with any other pirates on his way there.

He was unlucky in punk hazard, He fought 2 enemies that no one could beat on that island and was used against Law as a demonstration for his powers.

He still is plenty strong, and he used haki in combination with his smoke fruit pretty efficiently. So I think he will be still dangerous enough for the rest of the story. But I think now that he has been saved by the SH's in Alabasta and Punk Hazard and saw first hand what they did in Fishman Island, that he won't hunt the Strawhats as much as he used to do.

I think he will still have some kind of rival thing with Luffy, but I don't think he will be a real thread. He even covered up for them when DD was about to kill them, even though Law told him they went to Green Bit.

And I think the Sh's deserve credit for saving FI, all children, G7 and Tashigi.

Yes! I completely agree. I think Oda is the only one who really understands how powerful Smoker is, which is why it was supposed to be so impactful for Law beating him. I think most others ignore the actual flow of the fight and how in control Smoker was for the majority of it, and only see that Law got in a good hit at the end.

I'm still interested in what is was that Aokiji told him when they met, and what he will happen to him in the future as far as views on pirates and roles/choices in the Marines go.

I don't like his post TS look. Before Punk Hazard, Smoker's presence around SHs used to worry me. But not now. I didn't like how he was beaten by various opponents throughout the arc. I could say he and Ace have one thing common as DF users. Overconfidence as a Logia. Hope he masters Armament Haki. He will easily be a Top Tier then.

Overall he's an amazing character with an amazing DF. Mastering Armament Haki will make him an Admiral Level character.

You know honestly I felt the same way about his TS look. The shaved side of the head and the middle swept back looked really weird to me. I preferred his frizzy hairstyle back from part 1, but it grew on me and I really like it now.

He's an awesome character one of my top 5 actually, I honestly don't understand why people find Smoker annoying for chasing Luffy yet no one finds it annoying how Garp chased Roger anyway...

Smoker is unbelievably underrated in my opinion as there's no evidence to suggest he's weaker than Luffy and is certainly going to be the main Marine that will take on the Worst Generation in the New World. A lot of potential in Smoker can't wait to see it.

Its mostly guessing really,I cant give you any proof so my opinon is as good as yours.
I feel Luffy being the strongest supernova wouldnt be too good for the story.
Kidd being as merciless as he is while also surviving in the New World for 2 years starting from the point in which he left SA (so being about as strong as Pre skip Luffy) would force him to grow more rapidly in terms of power.
Right now I would say he would best luffy very high diff.

but like I said,I dont have anything to back this up and as such its not really gonna be worth much to most.

I understand that, and while Kidd would probably come close to beating Luffy, his willpower would win him the match.

Zoro can't even touch Smoker, let alone beat him and yes we do know that he is his official rival. And that demon haki thing? That only works on people with weak wills, never in a million years will that work on Smoker. Ever.

If you didn't know this at 750 chapters then you should probably reread it.
