Your favourite Anime of all time? Explain why. :)

Similar to Code Geass, probably Death Note (no mecha, but the plot and MC's are pretty similar).

My favorite anime ever has to be Steins;Gate (Bebop's pretty close). It has pretty much everything I could want in an anime.

- The characters are all awesome and their development is great (especially the MC's)
- The plot is amazing and super-engaging (it's complex, yet so easy to understand)
- The animation is great (as it should be, since it's from 2011)
- It's absolutely hilarious most of the time when it's not dramatic and serious (Episode 18 is probably the funniest)
- I absolutely love the music (the OP and ED are two of my favorites ever, the latter being my #1)
- The dub is one of the best out there, in my opinion, right up there with Bebop, DN, and Hellsing (I actually find it to be superior to the original, especially the way they switched up the MC's way of speaking)
- Its romantic subplot is my favorite one out there, and it gets a pretty decent conclusion to it, too (not all of my favorites do)
- The twist near the end was an absolute shocker, but at the same time, it was so damn obvious when I look back on it (I give credit where it's due lol)

I love Fate/Zero, yeah I know that the plot isn't very clear. But the overall vibe/animation is just mindblowing
I also love Zetsuen no Tempest/Kuroko no Basket and Attack on Titan.

my favorites are fma brotherhood and also code geass
in a way cd reminds me a bit of braveheart, an opressed nation trying to fight back and retake their freedom, with a small group at first but later on more and more people join, it's the same with the Black Knights.
Lelouch is also very charismatic, the way he inspires other people with his speeches.
Some scenes, for example with the 1 million zeros..it's so well written it's oscar worthy.
Cd also has enough humor in it, witch is nice , along with all the tragic events and the atrocities a funny moment in their scool is good.

Full metal alchemist was AMAZING, also one piece because i feel like it is always well written, not 10000 ass pulls like naruto. Also like the even progression in both series

Katekyo Hitman Reborn. Though it does not have the best plot, I fully enjoyed every single bit of it. It was addictive and I felt an ache in my heart when I was done watching it. I knew I would miss it badly.

Exactly this. Why it had to end tho!? I wish, it would have as much episodes as OP.

Dbz it was the first powerhouse anime I ever seen. Which is why today I mostly enjoy anime with characters having super abilities.
