Your favourite Anime of all time? Explain why. :)

[Child Of The Great Empire]

Mine is Code Geass for sure. It just gave me a bunch of feels, like when Lelouch accidently ordered Euphie to kill all the Japanese, i put myself in Lelouch's situation and got a knot in my stomach. I cried with it more than once, i laughed(mostly when CC's love for pizza is displayed) and the only anime i cried while watching was Hellsing - Pip's death scene i found it really heartbreaking.

The scene i've cried the most is probably when Euphemia was dying and talking with Suzaku my feels totally exploded. I was like

Now on the lighter themes, my favourite pairing is Lelouch x CC even since i saw them i shipped them and when they get a scene(like one in 23rd) i'm always like "I ship them so hard!" . Also i like how well the anime is made and that Lelouch isn't average main character(Naruto and Luffy for an example. they're always so goofy) and how he loves his sister the most.

Anyway, does anyone know any anime similiar to Code Geass?

Its better than naruto....Attack on Titan gave the same affect on me....and because and only because its on break Hamatora takes it.

-The music was awesome, from the opening to the ending theme each episode has great music throughout

-Great character designs with good voice overs. Even the dubs were good.

- Has the whole feel of freedom and Adventure

Katekyo Hitman Reborn. Though it does not have the best plot, I fully enjoyed every single bit of it. It was addictive and I felt an ache in my heart when I was done watching it. I knew I would miss it badly.

My favorite manga is Soul Eater and my favorite anime is either Death Note or Yugioh GX.

Soul Eater- The theme of the manga is insanity and what can pull you into it or out of it. The tone of the series was really something I liked. Funny moments were funny, happy moments were happy, sad moments were sad, and serious moments were serious. Every character got spotlight, which is something I really liked. I loved loved loved the artistic style of this manga. It was Tim Burton esque. I liked the weapon-partner concept and I loved that there were witches, a werewolf, and so many fantasy things. I love fantasy. This is my favorite manga ever.

Death Note- One of the best shows ever. It's in the same vein of Breaking Bad and Dexter. Breaking Bad is like Dexter in the sense it's a fantastic story of one guy. It's a shut and close story. This anime looks fantastic, but the story and the character that is Light is so interesting. It left me on the edge of my seat every episode.

Yugioh GX- I grew up with Yugioh and loved it and Yugioh GX is my favorite version. I like the highschool/college tone and it has nice nods to the original series. The story for the seasons are all extremely interesting and ones I really like. The Shadowriders, Society of Light, Yubel, and Nightshroud are all major arcs I really like. Then there are side arcs with Zane and Aster for example. My favorite character is Chazz. He's just awesome. I really like the universe and the cards in GX. It's just a fun thing to watch and if you want to get serious, it has serious things. It has romance and comedy and it's just fun. I love it.

It has everything, comedy, drama, action, parody, sci-fi, almost anything you can think of.

I watched it three times and I still enjoy re watching it. Never can get enough of it.
