I did say that the good are shits too, even if they call themselves good. I'll consider Dragon amongst good people but in OP world he is considered a villain (I only wrote his name in list seeing from this prespective, no need to take it serious man :yeah

Villainy in OP depends on the perspective. Unlike in other manga where: going against the protagonist = villain. In One Piece:

The protagonists are seen as the villains in the eyes of the general public and the WG , therefore it is up to you to decide whether the pirates are the villains, whether the marines are villains and whether the Revolutionaries are villainous. I call enemies of both the Marines and the Strawhats, or World Government representatives (including Tenryuubitos) as villains. I call Marines Anti Heroes.

A 'wat' for dragon but none for Akainu?
Dragon is a villain for the "Good people" of the OP world(even if the good are shit too) i.e the W.G or marines. It changes from what prespective you see them. You consider pirates villians or not, cuz technically they aren't good people .
But if it's from SH's prespective, then all Hail Dragon.

Since when did going against a system automatically makes you a bad person or a villian? So you're saying the people who protested for their own rights and went against the government to an extent are deemed as being bad? Akainu is seen as a villian cause his actions to achieve justice are flawed as he didn't even hesitate to attack another marine (Coby).

2. Kizaru (My favorite one character period, but not much of a villain so he's number 2 instead of 1)

4. Rob Lucci (bad ass, first person to push luffy to his limits)
5. Vergo (cool vibe, and his hair lining is perfectly on point)
