What villan until now do you like the most??? And why???
Mine would be(not in order)
1. Sir Crocodile - because he is awesome
2. Doflamingo - because he is a pimp
3. Blackbeard - because probably the best laugh
4. Buggy - because he is sooo strong
5. Kizaru - because he is trolly

Akainu- although he shouldn't be counted as a villain since he's a marine but since this is from the SH perspective, whatevs.

Kurohige- A very good character.

Sir Crocodile- Badass and has a hook, what's better than that.

A 'wat' for dragon but none for Akainu?
Dragon is a villain for the "Good people" of the OP world(even if the good are shit too) i.e the W.G or marines. It changes from what prespective you see them. You consider pirates villians or not, cuz technically they aren't good people .
But if it's from SH's prespective, then all Hail Dragon.

By good people do you mean the nobles???? He is helping people out he isn't evil
