Orochimaru - Sharingan and cockiness (especially cockiness).

Jiraiya - No obvious weakness :| Although he needs time to enter SM, i forgot that.

Tsunade - attacks that can destroy her body beyond repair (eg: Jinton... although this isn't really a weakness, it just means she has her limits). Tbh, she's like Jiraiya, no obvious weakness.

Hiruzen - Low stamina due to age (still has strong chakra though).

Sasori - medical ninjas trained in evasion and in the creation of antidotes.

Itachi = lack of stamina and not a gig a tic pool of chakra

Rock Lee = had his leg broken in part 1 and does not know nin or gen
Neji = killed by plot the guy was a douchebag but then awesome
Most important hiruzen = so powerful his jutsu cannot be shown

Sasuke obviously has no weakness - he probably needs to lend some of his awesomeness to an assortment and motley bunch of retards that plague Naruto. That "Yellow" cab-driver being one of them.

Kimimaro: his illness....pretty much

Neji: Jinchuriki, really fast ninja, people who absorb natural energy constantly, tooth picks. -.-

Ino: No raw destructive power.

Nagato: Poor Taijutsu, mobility.

Hidan: Poor Intelligence and speed.

Izuna: Not being Madara or the senju brothers so he was just kicked aside.
