Ichigo and Rukia are the best ship, they have the deepest connection and bond in the entire series Orihime would only ever be second best if she ever got in a relationship with Ichigo.
Orihime and Ishida it's a normal relationship and surprisingly they suit each other.
Renji and his hand the Ichigo wannabe doesn't deserve to be with anyone.
Just to throw it out there Kubo himself drew this...

I wonder if there is a correlation on this forum between the Ichigo - Orihime shippers and the NaruHina shippers. Judging from this thread, there could be, and I wonder why. XD
This is coming from someone who literally *just* watched the very first ten episodes of Bleach for the first time, and believes that the dynamic between Ichigo and Rukia is a lot like NaruSaku (personality wise, let's not get into power stuff), and a lot more believable and natural!
