While a MMORPG of Naruto would be nice, the devs would probably make it like every other MMORPG out there. Yes, I know I am over exaggerating but it would probably play similar to games like Tera, Aion, and World of Warcraft. When making an MMORPG you want lots of players so making a game with good graphics(for me) would cut out many potential players and if they make the game to CPU heavy that also cuts out players like in Planetside 2.
My ideal Naruto game would be a bigger and better version of the current Storm series. What would probably have to be in my ideal Naruto game are the following. The game would feature 4 player on one machine or through LAN so that there can be epic fights with your buddies. Graphics would have to be as good if not better than the recently released 3DMark benchmark demo while supporting a battlefield 3x bigger than what we are currently geting in the Storm series. With a bigger world means the introduction of summons and large scale jutsu's without a cutscene that ruins gameplay flow. The characters would all have customizable abilities of what they have been shown to do in the manga ,e.g., Orochimaru can summon the four kages to help in the battle(Ultimates are difficult to do unlike the current series). While it seems OP remember that all characters would have their best abilities and the characters would represent their manga speeds, chakra, tech and jutsu execution. Chakra would act like it does in the manga where each character has a set limit to their chakra levels. Naruto would obviously have more chakra than most characters which would give a slight advantage even though his jutsu's lack the instant KO of some other characters. There is also a character creation for online use and offline use(Offline character and online character are trained separately).
The game would also be supported on PC.
