I would like an RPG, Bioware style.
You could be a nameless ninja (with an option to choose your village of birth), have a buddy system like in the Kotor/Mass Effect games and a plot that could be similar to the current one in Naruto but the twist would be that the game could be in an era before Naruto was even born, or, who knows, after.

A smaller request would be for Team Ninja to release a Kakashi skin for Ryu Hayabusa to play it again in Ninja Gaiden´s reboot on the Xbox (2005). One can dream...

making an own character. you train him in gen,nin or taijutsu and elements limited by skill points so you dont have a ninja with full stats and everyone have an unique character and his own special tactic so a weaker ninja could beat a stronger ninja to play online with in an open world not limited by stages.

with ranklists so not everyone gets the title as a kage but only one.

Dojutsu is optional and or can be obtained on the way.
Start as a genin and work your way to Kage.
On the way depending on your choices there could be conflicts that you would have to arise and become the hero of.
