Now, this was my initial Databook 4 Character Stats for Tsunade.
Tsunade was praised for her intelligence and combat and not only once she has proven to have intelligence.
When did she attacked recklesly? When she does put herself in the front is because sacrifice not recklesness.
Plus, there are a lot of things in the databook that contradict with Tsunade's showed feats in the manga.

Now, let's look at Tsunade's feats.
Ninjutsu: 5
This was always 5, even Kishimoto gave her that. Although she hasn't shown that much, what she has is unparalleled in the Narutoverse.
Taijutsu: 5
I think is clear enough that in taijutsu, she's the best along with few other characters. Not to mention that we know that her combat skills and not only have been praised as important key factors in winning the Second Shinobi World.
Genjutsu: 3.5
Didn't changed it. Nothing to comment here. We just go by what the manga shows and deductive logic.
Intelligence: 5
Do I need to show feats here as well even if Kishimoto himself gave her 5? If so, please tell me, I will do.
As I said, not running away.
Strength: 5
We all know that Tsunade's shown monstruos strenght without chakra enhancement. I don't think this is questionable.
Now comes the questionable part, as many of you have stated.
Speed: 4.5
I didn't gave her 5. It is clear that other shinobis in Naruto verse are faster than her. Kakashi, Itachi, A, Minato.
Why most of you call her slow is because:
1. Madara's statement: She's stronger than the Raikage, but slower. Slower than the Raikage doesn't make her the slowest. Please be careful at the comparison terms. I would advise you to look further into those rules.
Plus, it's a one piece comparison, not mass comparison. Madara didn't called her slower than the entire Shinobi World, he called her slower than one character, Raikage.
2: Her summon, Katsuyu. If Katsuyu is a slug, and slugs are known to be slow, that doesn't make Tsunade slow. Don't misinterpret Tsunade's Summon with Tsunade's character.
3: Just because she chooses to take the attacks, it doesn't make her slow. Her intention is clear: she is the one who wants to take that attack, being self-aware of her tanking ability.
Most of you don't even know what's Tsunade's primary ability. Because you hate Sakura, didn't even looked into Tsunade's feats, as Tsunade's learning Sakura what she uses in battle.
Tsunade's primary skill is evasive skills:

Now, what do we note here?:
When you face an opponents attack evasion comes first!
Evading an attack requires high speed and reaction time. Therefore, we can safely assume she is fast enough as her primary skills is evasion.
Now, let us see some examples where Tsunade was able to show her speed.
1. In the battle with Kabuto, even though she hasn't been fighting over a big period of time, she was able to keep it up with Kabuto, who at that time was compared with Kakashi, but not forget that first he took Hyourougan. Those are soldier pills who are known for enhancing all your senses. So having all his senses increased, Tsunade who, as I've specified, hadn't fought for years, was able to evade his attacks and respond with an attack in the same time as she manoeuvres her body placed in weird positions, and all that with ease.

2. In the same highly injured state, Tsunade was able to outrun Orochimaru in order to protect Naruto from being impaled with the Kusanagi sword:

As well as after being impaled herself with the sword, she was able to move fast enough once again to protect Naruto, when not even Jiraya himself was able to do the hand seals.

And before starting to release her seal, she punched Orochimaru. That requires reaction speed and speed itself as well

3. She was able to keep it up on the same pair with Manda. Actually, I would comment that a bit faster since she pin-pointed his location and calculated his attack direction and was able to stab him with Gamabunta's sword.

5. The last, but not the least, as we all know is the example of Tsunade being able to move even faster than Mei was able to do the hand seals for countering Madara's technique. Mei barely said "Suiton" and Tsunade was already there.

Well, why do I give her 5 in stamina?
In Pein arc she was able to heal thousands of villagers and minimalisez casualties up to few hundreds, maybe?
You'll say that she had her forehead seal.
Now let me make this clear: In that seal, she stores her
own chakra.

As we can see her, it's clearly stated: I've been gathering
MY chakra in my seal.
Meaning all the chakra her body produces (to put it up like that) is stored in that seal. Not chakra she gathers from outside. Because that would mean senjutsu.
To clear out that misunderstanding.
Now, you'll say that Pein has done this, this and that.
Well, while Pein had to transmit chakra to only 6 Paths, Tsunade has been sending chakra to thousands of people and in the same time, she healed them, not only sent them chakra. Not to mention that she summons Katsuyu, and as we all know, summoning a large creature takes a lot of chakra.

Getting back at the Pein arc where she protected the villagers. Now, we know that healing takes a lot of chakra, as stated by Tsunade herself.
So:
1: She summoned Katsuyu
2: She transfered her chakra to thousands of people
3: That amount of people were in the same time healed.
As well, Byakugou, Strenght of A Hundred, resisted an entire day up to the night (not to mention that before that, she had passed through a Heavenly Transfer Technique and she used her seal, meaning used chakra), while she healed the kages, replenished 2 of the kages to full chakra AND fuelled Onooiki's Jinton. And you saw how large it was. (Need scans for everything I stated? Just ask.)
Now that we clarified this as well, I shall pass to my next target.
Seals: 4.5
Why did I give Tsunade 4.5 in handseals? Well, given the last chapter, as we've seen, even though she was highly injured (is there any term of comparison higher than "highly" given her state?
) able to do the hand-seals and summon Katsuyu.
Plus, Tsunade already passed to the next level, meaning she is able to trigger a technique with no hand seals. And we know that ninjas who were able to do less to no hand seals, required for a technique were always praised.
See Tobirama who was praised for his ability to only use one seal required for Suiton techniques, while others did at least 3-4 and Hashirama who was praised by no other than the no. 1 villain in Naruto at the moment and a legend along Hashirama Senju, Madara Uchiha.

Hope now people got everything clear from where this stats come from, not just my so-called "fangirl-ish" actions towards Tsunade.
