Nagato was faster simply, considering that he was in schock and has to react incomming Hanzo, I will say pretty fast.
Besides he was able to save Konan against Prime Hanzo fire technique and could escape it if wasn't it wrapped around his legs.

As for when he grabbed Konan.. how does that even counter Sakura's distance and the height of the highest jump in Naruto?
I don't recall saying a specific character is better then another in 1 thing.. means the character is stronger then that person as a whole. I'm not a idiot who would compare front line fighters to a character who only fights if she has to. This is talking about speed.
