They fight in the Konoha crater ( nowhere to hide ).

Kakashi can use chidori 3 times.

Scenario 2.

The winner of scenario 1 gets Rin on his side.

Kakashi wins, hands down. Even though he has no chidori, his kenjutsu skills alone are more than enough to beat Obito.

Obito wins, as he has sharingen where as Kakashi could barely use it for a few minutes at the age of 25-26. Sharingen usage will suck out his chakra in seconds at that age. He can easily see Kakashi's moves like he did so with another jounin and strike.

Because Kakashi is not a Uchiha so he will feel more side effects and it will take down too much of his chakra as he it isn't in his bloodline.
