So its Kakashi when Obito just died and gave him the 2T sharigan vs Chunin exam Konoha.
So.....
YKakashi vs Shino... mhmm, I say Kakashi. It would be a tough fight though
YKakashi vs Neji...Another tough one, Idk
YKakashi vs Kiba...Kakashi should win
YKakashi vs Lee...Kakashi again
YKakashi vs Shikamaru...Kakashi would win but it'll be tough, two genius
YKakashi vs Naruto...Kakashi easy
YKakashi vs Sasuke...Kakashi little challenge

from what we have seen, Young Kakashi doesn´t have any incredible speed, and he doesn´t have any Long-Range techniques from what we have seen, so here i go:

Shino and Shikamaru are both Long-Range types, which is the worst possible match up for Young Kakashi, even if we say that Kakashi has for example Fire Ball Technique, it is still Mid-Range, but whatever, so both Shikamaru and Shino got quite an easy job against Close Range "slow" fighter


Neji: his Taijutsu is the best of what Konoha has (not including Gates), so again, thinking that Kakashi has only Close range or perhaps Mid-range techniques, than Neji has this one, in the worst case he could use Rotation or 64 palms


Lee and Sasuke: both have incredible speed, and if Lee opens 2 or 3 gates, than Kakashi goes down as even tho he has sharingan, we can be certain that his body isn´t so fast, if it would be than Lee goes to 5th Gate and he´s down, now to Sasuke, we know that even Adult Kakashi at time of Chuunin Exams had some problems with keeping Sharingan up for long, so Young Kakashi can manage even less time, unlike Sasuke who has Chidori and Fire Ball jutsu as well as Lee´s speed without weights and even without it, he could beat Kakashi, BUT, the main reason i say Sasuke wins is because his Sharingan keeps longer than he does, BUT, i must say that with Sasuke i could only say that it might end up with Draw, BUT NOT Lose

a "chuunin" from iwagakure said "he's fast" (the first one that minato killed with ftg)
you can't say he was slow he was most likely faster than any of the guys above (only lee and sasuke may be compared)

ok, so he´s fast, but i for sure wouldn´t say he´s faster than Sasuke nor Lee (WITH weights on) + that guy from Iwa was most likely on the level in speed like Naruto during Chuunin Exams (not really fast)

in a war a chuunin with such speed wouldn't be given a reconnaissance mission

Yeah, but that's because they did'n take the chunin exams .. And i Really hope you arent serious when you say that Sasuke arent a jounin haha! Ofcourse he isn't he's a missing nin, a villain! well lee and sasuke has speed plus sasuke has raikiri and sharingan plus his sharingan doesn't give him trouble as it gives to kakashi
however kakashi is a good analyzer (his fight against the invisible dude)
that's why I think he's superior to sasuke
about lee this is tough but if lee opens the gates all kakashi could do is to dodge the attacks and wait for the sde effects to kick in
is he capable of doing so?
answer I don't know but sharingan should come in handy so he might

neji back then was overestimating himself. he thought he was undefeatable that was his weakness. kakashi can force him to use kaiten over and over again and then finish him off. about close combat neji is tough to defeat but kakashi is good at taijutsu as well plus sharingan is very effective in taijutsu


I said shikamaru wins and I believe he does
just like you said he is a long range fighter plus y.kakashi is nowhere near his analyze skills
