Let me just say that i read the whole thread, so you can strip that line that no one will read entirely to the floor.
I want to add the facts that it's possible that Obito is Tobi. Next week is the explanation moment, unless Sasuke's story comes back. Because usually when we say what's next changes to another person's storyline. Obito had a tough life, he didn't get the girl, didn't get the dream and suffered nothing but sorrow. I disagree with the part that you used the word entrusted. I can say the word 100 times, but it won't mean i'm that mysterious person from the past. The thing that you shocked me was the manga chapter that said, "Who are you"? If i had seen the manga back then and would of summarize it from the beginning. I would of had a better reasoning for why Obito deserves to Tobi.
Kishi might of been making plots to confuse us, but he didn't have me fool. The appearance, hair, sharingan, S/T technique, Kakashi questioning him to be someone he could of recognized in the Itachi Pursuit Arc, and the way he started to interrogate Kakashi in their current fight. Especially when he mentioned the bridge that Team Minato was attempting to destroy it made sense at that point. I wanted Kagami or Izuna to be Obito because Madara knew him. Plus, we never got any background on who Kagami or Izuna were in life. Obito seems cliche as the main villain.
The part that you mentioned him getting tired of heroes always regretting themselves because they failed towards a goal of peace or to protect the person that they were entrusted makes it sound bad from Obito to speak. At least the person has feelings to feel bad for their failing moments. You can never get rid of that feeling. Obito thinks that it's all about his feelings. Now, he wants to make the Eye of the Moon plan so that no one ever crosses to the other side, which is hatred. This is Obito's vision and he is taking everyone's will to make a false world. It's gonna cost him in the end because he will realize the foolish mistake of his plan. Obito is basically Sasuke right now. He is letting hatred driving his life to a destined course of action.
If Madara does meet with him soon. I believe Obito will end up getting used by Edo Madara. Do you think that Madara cares about anyone without considering his feelings? It depends and i need to see what Obito will say, next week. This is when he might change sides and help Kakashi against Madara. Who knows he might sacrifice himself to save Kakashi for a second time. I can see something of this happen. It's a possibility, but i always tend to come up with more scenarios that might take place in the future.
To answer the troll section of your thread. Many people consider Kishi to be a troll because he made it obvious to all of us that it was Obito. I knew very well, who he was. Your thread just signals all the points that Tobi is in fact Obito. The only reason many of us didn't want Obito to be the main villain was because he was portrayed as a nice guy like Naruto. But the hatred that is the Uchiha. He had a dark side to him all along. Obito was nice, when things were turning out perfect. Obito was evil, when things turned out for the worse. But if Kishi would have shown these flashbacks from this chapter a long time ago. We would of made a suggestion that Obito in fact can be evil. Also, Obito escaped the boulder that trapped his body? How? That is the question that i'm waiting for. He didn't have MS back then, so how did he teleport? I assume someone saved him. Who saved his life is another question. He saving himself would be a big troll to be honest. We need to find out, next week.
Many Tobi theories suck to be honest, so if some of them trashed the crappy detailed ones with poor information. I would not blame them, because i would do the same thing.
