When they all fought Kaguya, the only thing that could be gathered from that battle was that, Naruto and Sasuke just outweighted her in speed, and by speed I mean their teleportation speed.
They are actually quite even in terms of reflexes.

In chapter 688
While they are all dodging Kaguya's beast mode hands, Naruto or Sasuke noted that they were to fast to react to. Even Naruto's shadow clone fell victim to one of them, but Sakura was able to dodge it a few times before Kakashi saved her.
And she saved Obito from the acid barrage coming from Kaguya's dimension.

Now in terms of power and skill tell me how they differ?
Sakura power have been shown to be just as effective if not more, than all of their power, against the strong being in the series. Kaguya.
Not to mention her God-like Regeneration power, that is said to regenerate vital organs and limbs instantly. Something that only Tsunade, and Jubbi-jin Madara can perform.
And She will always outweigh both of them in intellect, which is a major part of her fighting style, also her stamina is for the most part on par with Naruto's and Sasuke's due to her byakugou seal and her chakra control.
Discuss.
