The Uchiha betrayed the village. Also, Sasuke broke the laws of Shinobi when he abandons the village and joins Orochimaru.

-They were secluded by the village under Tobirama's orders.

-Made police to be spied on and to instill hatred in the villagers against them.

-Stripped of their governmental rights, title as Co-Founders, and were used as expandables

-Experimented on by Tobirama, who spread nasty rumors about them.

The village betrayed them first. All of this was the catalyst as to why they got so pissed, they were willing to betray a village that did nothing but discriminate and subjugated them.

Tsunade was too involved with Sasuke to kill him via Sakura and Naruto , and she knew they would respond rashly to an assassination attempt.
Tsunade also knew that it wasn't Sasuke fault due to her knowing orochimaru and Sasuke history.
Sasuke is still a commodity to the leaf, and a child .


Tsunade would've never killed Sasuke unless Sakura and Naruto agreed because Sakura would've became her, and Naruto would've became jiraiya and it would've been the past all over again.

Depends. Would I try to kill him? definitively, at that point in time nothing hinted he would be of use in the future, plus he wanted to destroy the village and all that crap.

Orochimaru was bedridden and Tsunade already handled him in a fight, plus Sasuke was full emo at that time, didn't have MS so he was very killable by a small elite team.

Sasuke didn't want to burn down the village until he got MS. So basically OP want us to decide what to do with the Sasuke who left with Orochimaru. His goal was to kill Itachi the man who killed his family so personally I would sympathize with him and I wouldn't have him killed
