Reminder: Tsunade didn't know that, and the OP said you are Tsunade. The only people who knew the truth about Uchiha clan at the time when Sasuke left Konoha were Danzou, Koharu, Homura, Itachi, Obito, Zetsu and perhaps Orochimaru/Kabuto. Even Sasuke himself didn't know this information at the time.

Therefore, your knowledge (as a reader of the series) that the Uchiha was wronged long ago would not be able to come into play if you were posed as Tsunade.
