Yoshioka Aya is a considerably cute young girl with mid-length, brown hair and slightly big, golden eyes. She tends to not see her self as very "girly", but sometimes tries to wear makeup and gets irritated when it doesn't suit her. Aya is usually seen wearing her school uniform consisting of a white shirt, stripped tie, a black sweater tied around her waist, and a skirt with knee-length black socks and black shoes.

Personality:

Aya is a very cheerful and energetic girl. Her demeanour completely masks any and all pain that she has experienced over the course of her sad past, though that does not mean she is completely numbed to any of it. Aya tries not to let any of the negative feelings she experiences cloud her judgement and affect her and others negatively, and is by nature very forgiving and kind. She is not above teasing people, as she is a very playful girl, which sometimes leads others to question her mental age. Her cheerful and lively personality does not stop from being serious, but she will only be serious if the situation demands it or she feels it does. She is very loyal, and would never think twice about helping her friends. Aya is strong-willed, stubborn, yet passionate and caring.

Yoshioka Aya grew up and was raised in the village of Konohagakure by two ordinary parents. Unlike her parents before her, she wanted to become a ninja so she could make her parents proud. One afternoon, she told her parents she wanted to become a ninja, and she had plans to enter the academy in Konoha. Contrary to her belief that they would be happy with her decision, they were completely against it. Despite Aya's pleading, she could not persuade her parents to allow her enrolment into the academy. and her relationship with her family gradually worsened, until a casual observer would barely be able to tell they were parents and daughter. Months after her initial request to enrol in the academy, Aya and her parents got into an argument. The words her parents spoke shattered her, and she couldn't stand living with them any longer. At some point within the following weeks, she left Konoha, and never returned. She journeyed and travelled across the lands, learning whatever she could about becoming what she had always wanted to be; a ninja.
