As a clan member of the Ōtsutsuki, 2B is a youthful voluptuous woman appearing to be in her early 20's. She has short white hair and pale-ish skin as most Ōtsutsuki do, with a height of 168 cm (with heels) and weight of 88.8 kg.
As part of her dress code, she wears a black dress with a skirt leveled around her hips, her sleeves goes down to her lower elbows with black feathers from the end. On her head she wears a black hair band along with a black blindfold covering her eyes which she wears at all times, only taking it off when she chooses to. 2B wears black high heeled boots that go up above her knees whilst wear stockings underneath.

☼ Personality ☼
2B is a smart, cunning blade of quiet determination. She is stoic and has a cold exterior, generally due to being raised in a time of war, plagued to tragedy. She does not encourage idle chatter on frivolous subjects and is generally reticent towards others. However, 2B occasionally expresses a notably sardonic wit in the face of certain situations and can even be hot-headed at times. At certain situations, 2B is prone to letting her emotionless guise slip in certain situations. During her time on Earth made her possess a low opinion on mankind, thinking they are hypocritical and beyond corrupted. But over the formative years as hidden villages developed, she manages see their higher qualities other than conflict.

☼ Background Information ☼
(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye [Passive]

Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil
Note: Hyugas must be activated to use Gentle Fist (Jyuken)
Note: Its tracking abilities are equal to that of 3 Tomoe Sharingan.

(Ōtsutsuki-ryu: Kugutsu no Jutsu) Ōtsutsuki Style: Puppet Technique

Description: As the founders of the puppetry technique, the Otsutuski clan have made great strides in mechanical engineering which has allowed them to make various multi-purposed puppets. However, they've also made strides in the manipulation of these puppets, granting them the ability to utilize their puppets remotely and without the need for chakra strings. Otsutsuki shinobi are capable of embedding their chakra into their puppets to allow them to act on their own recognizance as pseudo-sentient beings, independent of the user's direct control. Because they are free enough to act independently they simulate robots or clones in this regard. As a result, the puppets are free to move about at much longer ranges than they would under the control of chakra strings. However, due to the advanced chakra manipulation required for this technique, the user cannot cannot use any sort of clone jutsu whilst their chakra fuel the puppets. The user can control up to 3 puppets in total with this technique and can maintain it as long as their chakra allows them to.
Note: Puppets used under this technique have the same freedom of movement as any other sentient being (clones, summons, shinobi, etc).
Note: For humanoid like puppets, aside from their mechanized capabilities, they are allowed to use ordinary, non-chakra oriented taijutsu.
Note: Unlike actual clones, puppets cannot be put under genjutsu, nor will the user gain knowledge of the puppets experience if they are destroyed or the technique is released. Puppets are not linked to their user through any means that would allow them to sense each other's presence through this technique.
( Ningyō Noroitama ) - Puppet Cursing Technique

Description: The user molds his chakra into the form of a green-coloured sphere. This sphere is held and can be seen as similar to the Rasengan in appearance. By sending it at an opponent, the user can use these spheres to temporarily take control of an opponent's body, effectively turning them into a puppet, with limitations of course. It also has tactical purposes, allowing the user to read the minds of those it enters, mentally linking to the user. These spheres can also have damaging effects, causing damage if used as an offensive sphere of chakra, similar to Rasengan. The user cannot use it for both puppet mimicry and to damage the opponent in the same turn. The user can alternatively use the offensive variant through his actual puppets, not the ones used from this jutsu.
Note: Cannot be used to force the opponents to kill or injure themselves.
Note: Only two puppets can be controlled at a time via this method and up to Kage ranked. Hold over the puppets last for only a single turn.

History
After defeating Kaguya with his brother Hagoromo, Hamura and his clan settled their roots on the moon guarding his mothers remains. As centuries comes to pass, the Ōtsutsuki clan had conflicting philosophies of Hamura's legacy; which led a split to the "Main" and "Branch" families, the former wanting to protect and preserve humanity while the latter of whom wrongly believed that Hamura wanted them to destroy the Earth if humans were found to have corrupted Hagoromo's teachings. Thus they began waging war with one another.
2B was an orphan born under the Main family to be raised a part of the Yorha unit, "2B" being her codename. Yorhas are elites of the family trained since birth in an attempt to turn the tide of war. The opposing sides ended up dwindling themselves to mere dozens before the Branch family gained the upper hand and swiftly began wiping out the Main. They were driven out of their home as 2B along with the remaining survivors then escaped to Earth through their water portal while the opposing Branch family stayed on the Moon to rebuild their land, preparing their course to wipe out mankind.
The Main Ōtsutsuki's arrival on Earth was met with further anarchy due to the shinobi Warring States Period and was unavoidably caught in their crosshairs. The remaining clan members were either killed or separated, leaving 2B on her own. These endless periods violence she has experienced led her to believe that the Branch family was right all along; mankind are cancerous beings that are only capable of their own self destruction. This also made her reflect on her own clans inner conflicts and ideals, abandon both sides of her family, realizing it was all meaningless just as the shinobi wars were. 2B started to live a life of exile as a hermit, journeying the world to find her sense of purpose.

Ōtsutsuki Bloodline
As an Ōtsutsuki, 2B possesses extended life force and longevity capable of living for more than a century while maintaining her youthful body and energy. Her lifespan allowed her to have expansive knowledge of the ninja world and it phenomenas than ordinary humans. This comes with her chakra prowess that is much greater than ordinary shinobi have, gaining a 500 chakra points bonus. A natural wielder of Byakugan, 2B is able to passively activate her eyes at will and see with unparalleled insight as a Byakugan master can, albeit can't learn or use Gentle Fist. Lastly, 2B is highly indoctrinated in puppetry and it's inner workings, having the ability to remote control them over a span of distances without needing the use chakra threads.
