no... akainu is still above luffy right now in my opinion. yes haki is all well and good but akainu could outburn fire... you're underestimating akainu far more than you should. he stands joint at the top of the world right now commanding the marines after fighting with aokiji. He isn't a pushover even though I hate what he does.
