Burgess is not the second strongest on that crew, I STRONGLY doubt it, first mate or not he's likely the weakest and i believe that was the reason he went to Dressrosa is to acquire a powerful DF so he could improve.

Shanks solos mihawk any day if they battle serious. He doesnt lose any power for losin his arm. Shanks haki is for sure superior to mihawks so he can block all his atks with ease. Nobody gives a damn bout mihawk only few sword fighters. Shanks challenged every1 on the paramount war mihawk included and every1 chicken out. Mihawk is overated in my opinion he cant beat an admiral 1 by 1 but shanks can .

You are incorrectly SHITING, on shanks for no reason and you need to be educated first off, Shanks is a Yonkou because he’s strong af no other way around it. Just having one at. Doesn’t make him a bad swordsman and Mihawk NEVER. Claimed he didn’t wanna fight him because he became weak with 1 arm, it’s because as a swordsman he would find a victory against a one armed man in a sword fight to be dishonorable and the victory would be worth nothing. Even with that one arm he clashes with whitebeard who was called the strongest man in the world. Whitebeard was 3 or 4 times his size wielding a huge weapon and the clash split the skies. Shanks did that with 1 arm. Mihawk also leaving marineford basically said “yeah i’ll Fight the whitebeard pirates for the gov, but that man Red Hair is an entirely different story, I’m not fighting him.
