Looks: A shares a lot of similarities with his younger brother. He is a tall dark-skinned man with a large muscular build, slicked-back white hair (blond in the anime), a small moustache and beard. His top lip also has a darker hue than the bottom one, similar to his younger brother and father's. He also has a mole over his right eyebrow like his father. Unlike other Kage, A seems to wear his Kage cloak and hat on a regular basis without a shirt underneath, which further displays his hulking physique. He has black shuriken tattoos on both shoulders. He wears gold bangle bracelets on each wrist, which seem to have protrusions that can jut out when he attacks. He also has a gold belt on his waist with a boar's face engraved in the centre. All of these aspects combined give him the appearance of a professional wrestler.
Personality: A is very caring and protective towards his younger brother, despite Killer Bee's status as a jinchūriki. He is also headstrong and easily excited; he is quite destructive while in his ‘battle’ mental state. A also has a very stern and decisive personality. In his eyes, respect and strength mean everything in the ninja world, and the weak should and will be crushed. This correlates with his philosophy that a ninja should never compromise or bow down in front of another ninja. A has also been shown to be very suspicious of the other ninja villages.

The Raikage has a very large amount of scrolls hidden in a pouch, which he carries around his waist. The scrolls contain a very large amount of exotic and standard weapons. (All that Tenten has, and some western style weapons.)
The Raikage is a bodybuilder, he is naturally as strong as Tsunade with her brute strength.
The Raikage is incredibly tough, he can take an incredible amount of damage and continue fighting.
Being the Raikage, A has a lightning affinity, his lightning attacks are faster stronger and wilder than most.
The bracers A wears are incredibly heavy weights, he can take them off with a flick of his hand, thereby increasing the speed he can punch with by a large amount.
The Raikage is headstrong, but he's shown a lot of tactical and political knowledge, he's smart and able to analyze all situations fairly quickly.
Raikage is awesome, he is a professional wrestler and can do all wrestling moves.
