Actually Hashirama had possession of many scrolls, the Scroll of Seals however probably belonged to Mito's Clan:

I think mito tsunade sakura dot and hashirama dot in sage mode is the same thing


Maybe mito learned it from hashirama and tsunade learned it after them .


And in hashirama sage mode around the dot there is a symbol is the same as haruno symbol

I'm still firm in my belief that the Scroll of Seals came from the Uzumakis and that Hashirama procured it upon marrying Mito but its a matter of differences in opinion so we shall have to wait and see.
