That isn't a scroll ;l. Plus, the sage would be lame to have Shodai's scroll.. in which he himself sealed techniques. X_X Also those are Amaterasu spirals that Sasuke had. ^_^
And also, the scroll of seal is a Senju property. o-o.

But uh, Mito's is different color:

I think mito tsunade sakura dot and hashirama dot in sage mode is the same thing
Maybe mito learned it from hashirama and tsunade learned it after them .
And in hashirama sage mode around the dot there is a symbol is the same as haruno symbol
There is something related to sakura and hashirama .
More than uzumaki thing.
Actually Hashirama had possession of many scrolls, the Scroll of Seals however probably belonged to Mito's Clan:

and the spirals on Rikudou's effigy is drawn by Kishimoto in the similar manner of Uzumaki Spirals:

Infact if you invert the image, the Uzumaki spirals similarity are even more recognizable.
Scroll of seals stated by the Databook belongs to Hashirama. One of the many scrolls he had.. lmao. You act like the god of shinobi can't have a scroll.. Bro sometimes I start to think you try to downgrade the Senju.... Senju is a clan of thousand skills.... they aren't like the Uchiha and Uzumaki who specialize in 1 specific skill.
The spirals however are different. Mito's "spiral" is actually this:

It represents her home country symbol, which was used to represent their country "the land of whirlpools" the circle is closed
This is a spiral like the Sage's:

It's definitely not the spiral of a flame depiction, the Uzumaki Spiral and Rikūdo's spirals are how whirlpools/eddys are drawn even in Japanese art. I'm still firm in my belief that the Scroll of Seals came from the Uzumakis and that Hashirama procured it upon marrying Mito but its a matter of differences in opinion so we shall have to wait and see.
