lol kay, I'm here.
Yin & yang is not an element, the term is used to describe how seemingly disjunctive or opposing forces are interconnected and interdependent in the natural world, giving rise to each other in turn. Yin and yang are complementary opposites within a greater whole. There is not yin chakra nor yang chakra, there only is the use of energy in a specific way, so that the user can perform special jutsus using only the yin or the yang side of his, very same, energy.
In order for you to use your yin or yang aspect of your energy, you need first to locate them in your chakra system, then break the balance, then restore it again and finally use it for yourself
First step is to channel your fire chakra on your right hand and your water chakra on your left hand. At the same time; Try and tell me what happens.
Multiple chakra manipulation at the same time, this can be difficult

In my mind; Okay! how the hell does she expect em to do that?!?, if i consider both as endothermic & exothermic reaction, No! its all about heat, but....darn its really confusing, its not just about energy, but the spaces having the energy, if i focuses on the molding point, where physical & mental energy combines and split it into two half equaling 4, 2 for physical and 2 mental, while they combine and mold i should be able to notice them both in my chakra.....lets consider it my little experiment, after all the results can't be found without this. okay calm down DS

Phew! Here comes the hard part U_U'
i got less time to consider, Yin and yang is balance so i need to make the yin's halfs combine and yang combine on the other part, but they need to do it themselves, so the base points are that both are independent and gives rise to one another and i'm the guide for them to do that.
*meanwhile the chakra's repels each other and causes an explosion*

Your mistake is that you take your chakra and you try to turn it into water and fire chakra, while those elements are within you already.

allow them to get out by focusing and then channel them to your arms*

So now i fuse these's both yin and yang parts to give a rise to them both
the basic says fire comes form yang to yin, and water comes form yin to yang, making a complete a circle, so i just generate a mutual force between the alternates in the circle and they'll both combine themselves finding there balance

Now remember, if you lose your focus at a point, not only you will stop the process you will also lose your physical balance until your kill flow gets restored.
Your chakras are channeling a different type of ki at the same time.
You must stay focused to find balance.
Now please try to do that while you stand on water. It should be harder.

Use your mind. One of your arms is still channeling out water chakra and you are asked to walk on water

They are both located there, forever completing one another, but you disturbed your inner balance now. Try to gain it back.
