no this is not true at all. ichibei cannot solo either of these too people, especially dangai ichigo ichigo. people still don't understand just how powerfull these too individuals were. they had transcended the boundaries of shinigami and hollow. there power could no longer be compared to where unless aizen purposely lowered his reiatsu, they wouldn't be able to feel their power. ichigo was even more powerful than that. aizen evolved another time in their fight and he still couldn't feel ichigo's reiatsu. nothing ichibe does would have any effect on them.

aizen was still in the middle of his transformation faze, after he fully evolved it would have been futile. ichigo was several leagues above that. remember aizens level 90 kido that should have put ichigo in a black hole? ichigo swatted it away like it was nothing. the same kido that one shotted kimimaro without an incantation.

Aizen was still transcedent at the time when Gin attacked him.

Ichigo "negated" kido, but Ichigo's arm was also hurt by Aizen's fraggor. Aizen as you said was below Ichigo, but still was able to hurt him.
