Don't you see that Madara was never intended to be in the picture by Obito? Sasuke and him had suffered at the hands of the ninja world. With Sasuke's EMS, there was a perfect way to cast the Mugen Tsukuyomi without bringing Madara into the equation. Obito wanted himself and Sasuke to live in that perfect world where all their wishes would come true, and everyone they loved would be returned to them for eternity or the end of their life. Why do you think he was so mad when Madara was revived? Why has Obito been helping Sasuke get his revenge and his EMS?
