1. The author only used it as a portraition of the specfic time. For example, sakura speed is faster than instant to a baby naruto, so kishi could show in such a way, meaning sakura was super fast only to baby naruto, not proving sakura speed is instant

2. Pnj = meaning temporary illogical powerup without explaination that creates more plothole than feats

When you read a manga full of inconsistency, you have to differentiate what is crap what what is legit. How? Like voting, look at which one supported by 90% of the evidence

I agree sasuke can only blitz naruto with gg swap. With footspeed sasuke can only stalemate like naruto

I don't need to be glad or not glad about anything except stating what the series is telling us. And apparently the series is telling us naruto and sasuke are same in footspeed
