Actually no its not considering your only allowed to use it once in a fight

If you were a tactician and a strategist you would use that technique in the same manor normally I go wolf mode before I go my Ice mode and I finish with Ice age but since you use sound it wouldn't be smart to go wolf on you

I don't think Ice Age is overpowered... Water, Earth, and Fire styles all have similiar techniques without any restrictions..

Water Style: Water Snakes Mouth
Earth Style: Wheel of Fortune
Fire Style: Dragon Flame Bomb

...just to name a few...

All of them more or less change the terrain in favor of the user without any restrictions at all. Why not an Ice Style technique. If anything, IMHO, Ice Ace is overly restrictive.
