Ok. I'm looking for YET another series to read/watch/fan over.

Anyways just like the first sentence says, I'm looking for another series to follow, generally I want an inventive series that I most likely haven't heard of. I'm not 100% sure EXACTLY what I'm looking for this time around. Generally I watch series from the late 90' - Cowboy Bebop, Mushi-Shi, Naruto ect.
I don't like watching Anime that is dumbed-down [One Piece] I like my anime series about 80-95% of the time and then 5-20% comedy.
However, as far as manga and reading wise, I enjoy the dumbed-down series.
