Rules Are:
Must have been on Narutobase for at the minimum, a year.
Killing is allowed, however it doesn't count
Stealing is up to the participants
Terrain is made by the thread maker
You have a window of 5 days to reply to your thread, or you're disqualified
CJs are allowed, and by default CEs are. If both participants agree, then CEs can be disabled
Subs and Kais are up to the thread maker
If you are to argue, you have to alert your opponent before going to a higher power.
Nexus is not that higher power. If you attempt to contact him about your arguing, then you WILL be disqualified.​

I would like to wager 1,000 Kumi to the winner of the fight, if you do not agree with this, then we don't have to. Post your Bio your bio and any Special Items you may have for the bio. (Example: Custom Weapon) and I will make the first move.

I am using my Hei bio (Legends Endure) in Sig', and he will be wearing his Anbu outfit and have the Legendary Dollmaster's Blade:

When under cover hei wears a special mask, made out of an extremely light, but strong material (Same as Tobi's) attached to the inside of the mask is a breathing apparatus, this works to protect him from poisonous gases and to pull oxygen from water, allowing him to stay under for suspended periods of time.

Hei has been training for years in an Vest weight, this allows him to achieve speeds beyond that that of the norm. during battle, He is able to unbound the vest quickly.

Description: Quick fingers and an eye for detail were the Dollmaster's trademarks. But only once did he use his skills to create a weapon. This was the result, as colossal as his dolls were delicate. In a small town once known as "Arashi" lived a man known as the Dollmaster, he was well known for his craftsmanship, building and designing anything from furniture to houses but nothing compared to his Dolls, every single doll different in detail from it's previous. ranging in sizes and styles. Over the years he made thousands of Dolls, all made for his private collection. Every year during the week long "Festival of Lights". The Dollmaster placed is Dolls out on display to shine under the fireworks. After seeing the delicate Dolls, the Leader of the Clan admired his craftsmanship and asked the Dollmaster to make a Sword for him. Although the Dollmaster had never made a sword, he was excited to take on the challenge. Over the fallowing weeks, the Dollmaster spent most of his time on the sword, he crafted an unique blade. Upon finishing it's final details. the Dollmaster was killed by having his thought slit, his blood spilling out over the blade, his body lied bleeding out over the blade for weeks until he was found his his workshop under his home. it is not known why the Dollmaster was assassinated. Later, after the creation of Kumogakure, the remaining Dollmaster's Dolls where collected and put on display in a museum, his sword was placed as his most regarded piece of work and held as his clansmen's most prize treasure
Abilities Notes:
-Because of the Blood absorbed from the Dollmaster, this blade gained his chakra, allowing for stronger use of his clans KG, Storm Release.
-The Style of it's blade, is unique as it is a chain blade, allowing it's wielder to extend it's reach and un-extend it's reach up to a Mid Range area.
-Because of the Dollmasters eye for detail, this blade is razor sharp allowing for slightly stronger use of Kenjutsu.
-This blade is made out of an unknown metal that and never dulls, it is as sharp as it was the day it was forged.
Restriction Notes:
-Can only be used by a Member of the Storm Clans
-Can only Extend reach once per turn.
-Can only Un-extend reach once per turn.
-Must be at least S-class Ninja Rank to wield.
-Must have training in Kenjutsu to wield.
