Description: It has yet been said within many dusty old books that a great man named Dante Alighieri has gone to save his loved one from the great evil toad of Myobokuzan, Gamafer. Dante had gone down into the pit of death, into Gamafer's lair. After 7 days of a bloody fight, Dante failed to save his flower, and he showed no mercy to Gamafer. After the bloodbath, Dante carved a blade from Gamafer's mighty horn and he took these pieces to be forged by Hephaestus, the nearby blacksmith. He had forged the mighty double-bladed sword, and named Sumitsukigasa. The double-bladed sword is made of mostly unbreakable bone, harder then steel. Because of the blade part is made of bone, and most of it's parts, the weapon weighs almost half of it's size, and can be handled in order to reach high speeds. The -10 chakra in each turn is because Sumitsukigasa sucks the user's chakra in order to maintain it's ability, which is being always in the state of having itself imbued with wind chakra, quite similar to (Fūton: Kaze Kyōka no Tsūru) - Wind Release: Wind Enhanced Tools, and it won't stop until the double-bladed sword is out of short range from the user. If the user wishes, he may channel more of his chakra into the sword, which is an additional -10 chakra in each usage, in order to extend the pre-existing wind chakra inbued within the sword, onto 5-6ft. As the wind chakra has been extended on the sword in order to reach 5-6ft, the blade becomes an S-ranked wind blade, but for only that turn. Since the sword has an affinity for Wind, and as the sword's inbued abilities will travel onto the user's hand giving him a uniqueness of enabling him to seal a mere handseal for any wind jutsus. When the user performs any wind jutsus, the inbued chakra will add it's own inbued wind chakra from the sword (10 chakra which been sucked off from the user, every turn) into the technique completely, (transfering that sucked -10 chakra into the technique) having the sword lose its inbued wind chakra for that turn.

The sound of wind pressure + gushing water + earth rumbling, basically entire earth shifting into a roaring sorrow mouth causes your voice to be nothing more than a mere whisper which doesnt even reaches past the reflective barriers.

I personally don't think your counter works. Your jutsu mentions as to begin as a small wave.. how small? If its climax is 5 meters then its most likely a half a meter thick earth wave advancing towards me... that's a loophole. It only gets bigger as it gets short range of me where it nowhere near was short range. You most likely misinterpreted your own technique. Alone my wind blast affects a wide area and none-the-less, the combo should of overlapped your earth jutsu and slammed you thus killing you. The earth would still continue but below my combo. Your black ice won't make it bigger, only doing more resistant to its weaknesses...

As I see that the earth wave has over-powered my wind-water combo, I see a low b-ranked earth wave advancing towards me as I'm flying towards you in speeds of lee without weights and as the jutsu got close to me and it rises, I basically slam through your technique with a right spinning kick since my speed and my coat allows me to do this. I will keep on maintain streaming chakra into my leg, having my twin rhino feet activated at all times. As there is mist within the air, you wouldn't see what is going on infront of you and your rock star bombardment would fail since it doesn't cover a wide area, only covers where the user is. Since it would take me 4 seconds or less to reach you from mid to short range, I appear next to your left with an already ongoing right spinning kick to your mid area spine. As I make contact, you'll be flying to your right with a most likely broken spine and internal bleeding/damage done to you by my kick. If you try to duck, I'd be most likely be kicking your top area of spine/back of the head.

Note that Elemental chakra is strong against basic, and Earth is strong against water easily overpowering both of your techniques. And that was not all, Blizz's shield was channeled with chakra, meaning when you had the first contact of any kind with the shield your weigh was turned down to as low as a paper's mass making your strike useless.
Note: You attacked with good speed, plus as my Armor flourished seconds before your strike it is obvious that a contact has to be made, thus you will be impaled. My clones never formed as the sound of the steam was the biggest hint of your and water chakra's presence.

I don't find your reasoning to be valid. The fire should be making enough sound to cover up the "sphing" sound (lol). If you waited till my barrier slams into your body, my strike wouldn't be useless, I'd still slam you with my original mass. The weight technique isn't instant. Nothing is an instant. Before you make any claims learn more about raw chakra vs. elemental chakra. I don't find your earth armor to be as fast as to be able to protect your body from my barrier but w/e, your head isn't covered so you kind a died there. You made no attempts to cover it up. 1. Fire does not make any sound, its the air that is burning creates one because particles vigorously moves, or its the thing that is burning makes it.
2. Your water is an instant addition to that sound, like you are cooking something on a pressure cooker and it is making that regular sound "sshhhhhhhhhh" and then when the pressure reaches its limit the whistle blows creating an additional sound.
3. Note that sounds travel faster if there is heat around and the area is warmer, why? because sound needs particles to transfer, heat increases speed of all the molcules/atoms/particles around thus making sound to travel fast. To conclude this before you enter the fire wall the sound was more like "shhhhhh" and when you enter it was "PSHHHHH" it became louder thus clarifying the presence of water.

Sorry but I'm in no shape reading that wall, I'll just answer your questions. Why would I need to cancel my basic rotation? If you'd see my description, all I'm doing is channeling water chakra into my barrier. I can just stop channeling it and channel raiton and still remain spinning. Exerting chakra are what hyuugas are best at. You can ask Scorps. Like I said, changing natures are almost instant.
I think you meant as "how would I see you while I'm spinning 360 degrees". Simple. Hyuugas are able to do that. They're able to see 360 degrees at once. If you meant as how do I create the barrier, its a basic rotation. Watch the anime or manga and see how the rotation looks like.
