Anyway suiton is where someone makes their chakra act smooth and fluid like water to bring about the chakra nature. Suit on is strong against fire, as well as rare elements like blast, sand, dark and possibly swift. It's weak against lightning, scorch, sound, ice, boil, crystal, kaguya, and wood. Suiton is a component of rain, storm, wood, ice, boil and steam. Lightning can be streamed through it with water acting as a conductor. With wind it can have high much more force and speed. Then channel suiton chakra into a water source and manipulate it with your chakra to create a small wave. After that, try raising water in the form of a small wall and then shooting a small water blast from the water source. That's the basic suiton jutsu. It could also be done without a water source by converting suiton chakra into water released from your mouth, hands, etc. When you're done with the first three try it without a water source.

Mangetsu calms himself, trying to bring about a free flowing water natured chakra. Due to his affinity Mangetsu easily connects with the feeling of water. Mangetsu uses his chakra through the water by the dock while waving his hand making the water move away in a wave. He then waves his hand up into the air causing the water to rise up creating a tall wall of water. Mangetsu pushes forward with his palm making the water blast away from himself. Mangetsu then turns to Ushiro and holds his hand up being water drip down from it turning into a circular shield in the air as he raises his hand up.

Not too good but good enough. Here's one a bit different than the last. First, send suiton chakra into any source of water and raise some into the air while separating the water particles. This would allow them to hang in the air as a thick mist covering an area used to conceal your position. Try it out. By focusing suiton chakra in your lungs and converting it to water you could also expel the same mist from your mouth.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

He then sends the chakra down through his feet and down to the water surrounding the dock and then rises it up into the air mixing it with the air and spreading it out thinly so that it hangs in the air creating a thick mist. Mangetsu holds his arm out and creates suiton chakra with the qualities of water. He uses shape manipulation to bring it out from his hand into the form of a sword and then maintains this shape. Having gotten it stabilized Mangetsu takes three steps forward, making a light horizontal slash from left to right on the third step to leave a decent cut on the dummy. After giving it a few strikes Mangetsu releases the jutsu, letting the water fall to the ground.
That's a fun jutsu to use.

Well done. Now perform the Rat, Dog, and Ox handseals. Like the previous technique, produce water in your hand and apply shape manipulation to form a long cord of water used to lash your target like a whip or bind them by wrapping their limbs. An appropriate lightning technique may be channeled through the cord to deliver a shock to the enemy like the Lightning Release technique. Catch that guy! T^T

The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
For this jutsu, perform the Tiger handseal and transform pre-existing water into a clone of yourself to fight for you and even perform water jutsu. The downside is the clone cannot be further than short range from you without reverting back into water. The same happens when it takes enough damage. Try it out and have your clone perform a jutsu.

Ok. Now focus suiton chakra in a nearby water source and manipulate the water, compressing it into multiple pointed streams directed at your target. The spinning motion and density of the streams make this technique more lethal than most water jutsu. If your enemy is standing on water you could even attack from any angle you wish. There's your target.

Mangetsu gathers suiton chakra and sends it out through the water around pein. Mangetsu shapes the chakra to make four spiraling drills of water rise up surrounding pein and then simultaneously strike at him.
Mangetsu performs the hidden mist jutsu, using his chakra to raise the mist into the air from the water. He then bends the water in the air to bend light so that an intense ray of light shines upon pein as pein's spirit rises up to the heavens.
Seeing the foolish peins coming out of the forest Mangetsu claps his hands together and sends suiton chakra out. He manipulates the chakra into a vortex of water revolving around himself. He then sends the water from the vortex crashing forward, pummeling the peins with water and putting all the fire out.
Mangetsu performs the hidden mist jutsu, using his chakra to raise the mist into the air from the water. He then bends the water in the air to bend light so that an intense ray of light shines upon pein as pein's spirit rises up to the heavens.

You got it. Now i want you to perform the Bird, Rat, Ox, Monkey, Rat, and Snake handseals before sending suiton chakra throughout the sky and creating rainclouds. The rain falling from the clouds should be infused with your chakra which is linked to your senses, allowing you to detect the chakra of someone the rain falls on. Performing the seals again stops the rain. Would you like to play a game? Open the right door.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.
For this jutsu simply channel suiton chakra throughout your body and transform yourself into liquid. In liquid form you avoid taking most forms of physical damage and can move as a puddle but can't much else until you reform. Try it out, quick.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.
For this jutsu simply channel suiton chakra throughout your body and transform yourself into liquid. In liquid form you avoid taking most forms of physical damage and can move as a puddle but can't much else until you reform. Try it out, quick.

He shapes it so that it has the qualities of water and spreads it out into the air to create rain clouds. He then allows the clouds to begin letting down rain made from his chakra. Mangetsu feels through this chakra, feeling the rain land on the pein behind the door so that Mangetsu senses his chakra. Knowing which door the pein is behind Mangetsu opens it.
Mangetsu performs the hand seals and gathers suiton chakra. He shapes it by moving it into a large puddle and rises it up along with the water to catch the pein, forming an orb with Mangetsu's hand inside it.

He shapes the chakra so that it moves from his foot across the ground while shaping it into water. The water is made to travel straight towards the pein with an undulating motion ripping up through the ground which throws the pein flying through the air into the water.

Great. Now i want you to perform the Tiger, Dog, Monkey, Snake, Boar, and Tiger handseals before sending your suiton chakra throughout the ground and extract water from it which rises into the air. You should be able to manipulate the water similarly to how Gaara controls his sand which makes this a multipurpose technique capable of defense and offense, mainly to surround and drown targets. Keep in mind that this technique won't work in rocky areas. Try it out.
